五年制高职创业教育途径方法研究

面对日益严峻的就业形势，实施创业教育已是五年制高职校面临的重要课题。提出了五年制高职创业教育途径方法遴选应遵循多元化、系统性、层阶递进及能力本位等四个原则。在此原则的基础上，提出了建构创业教育“一一二”课程体系、架构创业教育“四阶递进”实践模式、谋构创业教育“四环渗透”策略等三种五年制高职创业教育途径方法。

Abstract: Facing the continuously serious situation of employment, it is an important subject for five-year higher vocational school to carry out enterprise education. This paper presented that when f ve-year higher vocational education selecting the of goal and approach of pioneering education should follow the following principles: pluralism principle, systematic principle, layer upon layer progressive principle and the ability-standard principle. Based on this principle, this article presented the following goal and approaches of pioneering education in f ve-year higher vocational education: construct course system of pioneering education, structure four-stage progressive pioneering practice model, strategy of four-step permeability and merged into it.

1 五年制高职创业教育途径方法遴选原则

1.1 多元化原则

五年制高职学生创业教育涉及创业意识的塑造、创业知识的学习及创业能力等许多方面，单靠一种教育途径是很难完成的，这是因为每种创业教育途径都有其优缺点，如课程教学对创业知识的快速积累非常有利，但对创业能力培养效果较差；创业实践有利于创业能力的培养，但创业知识积累慢且不系统。因此在教育途径选择时要注意把课程教学、创业实践、教育活动及氛围营造等多种创业教育有机结合起来，发挥其综合优势。

1.2 系统性原则

五年制高职创业教育是一个系统工程，单靠零散地开设几门课程或组织一些创业教育活动难以达成目标，需要把各种创业教育纳入整个专业人才培养体系中去，构建完备的具有五年制高职特色的创业教育课程体系，将课程教学、创业教育内容的融入渗透、创业实践等多种途径融为一体，构成一个完整的创业教育体系。……
