改进口腔颌面外科门诊实习教学的对策

门诊临床实习是口腔颌面外科医学教育的重要组成部分。本文结合口腔颌面外科门诊的特点，论述了从临床前基本素质的培养；改善实习条件；宣传医学临床实习重要性等方面改进口腔颌面外科门诊实习教学的对策。

Abstract: The out-patient clinic internship plays an important role in the oral and maxillofacial surgery medical education. Combing with the characteristics of out-patient clinic of the oral and maxillofacial surgery， we discussed the strategies for improving the out-patient clinic internship of oral and maxillofacial surgery from the following three aspects: the basic skills training before the clinic internship; improving the internship conditions and publicizing the importance of the medical internship.

对于五年制或者七年制口腔临床医学生来说，口腔颌面外科门诊实习的临床实践是他们向熟练掌握口腔外科基本技能的医生转变的重要过程。全面而系统的临床实践是医学生接受实践检验，巩固所学理论知识，培养独立工作能力的一个十分重要的阶段，医学生只有在面对患者的临床实践中才能获得直接的、感性的认识[1]。只有在全面而系统的临床实习中，让实习生将所学到的理论知识与临床实际结合起来，通过自己亲身体会、与患者直接交流才能真正让实习生体会到自己从医学生向临床医生身份转变的过程。
