乡村医生注册培训视频教育的效果分析

浙江省在当前医学科学高速发展和先进教学手段普及的情况下，根据乡村医生的实际需求，遵循乡村医生培训教育的规律，充分利用先进的科学技术，采取视频教学系统开展乡村医生注册培训，解决乡村医生在参加培训时工作与学习的冲突以及直观教学与视频教学的协调，为今后乡村医生的注册培训如何适应我省乡村医生的需求，提高乡村医生技术队伍的理论水平和技术素质，更加适应农村社区卫生服务工作的需要走出一条新路。

Abstract：In the case of the current high-speed development of medical science and the popularization of advanced teaching methods in Zhejiang province，according to the actual needs of rural doctors，following the law of the training and education of rural doctors，we make full use of advanced science and technology to create a video teaching system of the registration training for rural doctors. This system can resolve the conflict of training and learning when the doctors are receiving training The intuitive teaching and video teaching can be coordinated well. It provides a now train of thought for the registration of training of rural doctors to adapt to the needs of the future. The video education improves the theoretical level and quality of the technical team of rural doctors and meet the needs of rural communities and health services work.

为了落实浙江省乡村医生注册培训2010年至2015年规划，浙江省乡村医生培训学校在总结“十一五”乡村医生注册培训的基础上，根据乡村医生实际需求，着力解决乡村医生注册培训上的工学矛盾，从2010年起采用视频教育[1]方式开展培训。通过招标，由好医生医学教育中心提供培训的技术支持。本文就2010年和2011年度乡村医生注册培训视频教育的模式及效果进行分析和探讨。

1 培训对象及内容[2]

培训对象为具有乡村医生执业资格，并在农村医疗卫生岗位上进行执业的乡村医生，2010年全省有15543名乡村医生参加培训，2011年全省有14905名乡村医生参加培训。

培训内容为农村卫生政策与法规、农村药物使用与管理、农村医学辅助检查与结果分析、农村公共卫生与慢病管理、农村传染病的防控与管理、农村临床诊疗与急救、农村中医中药共7个模块[3]，每年进行50学时的理论培训，省定内容为30学时，市自选内容为20学时。……
