Current Status of Translation and Promotion of Foreign Language Versions of National Standards in the Field ofLogistics and Countermeasures

Abstract：Thepapertook theforeignlanguageversionsofnationalstandardsinthelogisticsfeldastheresearchobject，and analyzedthecurrentsituationofthetranslationofforeignlanguageversionsofnationalstandardsinthelogisticsfeldapresent. Itselectedseveralrepresentativeforeignversionsofnationalstandardsforlogisticsfromdiffrenttime-spansandsubdivisions asresearchobjects，furtheranalyzedtheproblemsinthetranslationandpromotionofforeignlanguageversionsofnational standards in the logistics field，and put forward targeted countermeasures and suggestions.

0 前言

党的二十大报告提出要“稳步扩大规则、规制、管理、标准等制度型开放”。标准作为国家重要的基础性制度之一，在社会发展、经济活动及国家治理等方面发挥着基础性、引领性作用。2016年，国家标准化管理委员会发布了《国家标准外文版管理办法》，将国家标准外文版翻译工作的重点领域扩大至除强制性国家标准以外的进出口贸易以及能促进我国产品、技术、服务“走出去”等领域的国家标准。2021年，中共中央、国务院印发的《国家标准化发展纲要》，在标准支撑贸易便利化方面明确提出要“推出中国标准多语种版本，加快大宗贸易商品、对外承包工程等中国标准外文版翻译”，以标准促

进我国高水平对外开放。

物流标准是提高现代物流服务质量、提升国民经济运行效率、有效降低全社会物流成本的重要手段，也是延伸产业链、稳定供应链、提升价值链的重要支撑，对推动我国现代物流高质量发展具有重要作用。随着经济全球化的深人，以及国际物流市场的全面开放，我国优秀物流企业的“出海”数量逐年增加，出海速度也逐步加快。国际化物流业务规模化增长，逐步带动了物流领域标准国际化的发展。在此背景下，推进物流领域国家标准外文版翻译工作，对提升我国物流企业的国际化业务水平，以及推进国际贸易便利化都具有重要的现实意义。

1物流领域国家标准外文版翻译工作 现状

从物流国家标准来看，根据中国物流与采购联合会标准化工作部、全国物流标准化技术委员会秘书处最新发布的《物流标准目录手册》（2024版）[1]，截至2024年年底，我国已发布物流相关标准1332项，其中现行国家标准721项。……
