Abstract：Theconstructionandoptimizationofsectoralstandards systemareofprofoundsignifcanceandcanberegardedas thecorerstone forsectoral development.Thisresearch focusesonthe problems existingchallengeswithinthestandardssystem forcurtainwalsdosandwindowsofbuilings.Basedonthecurrentpolicyndtrategicdeployments，ittacksthetedsof cutting-edgetechologicalinovationdentifesmarketdevelopmenttrends，nddrawsonthefeedbackdemandsofegieng practice.Throughcomprehensivelyconductingsurveys on theapplicabilityof existing standardsandsolicitinginputs fornew projects，thestandardssystemforcurtain wall，doorsand wndowsofbuildingsisoptimizedandimproved.Effortsaremade to mprove theefficiencyandqualityofstandardsupply，andestablishacomprehensive，advanced，reasonable，andwellcoordinatedstandardssystemwithoptimizedstructureanddynamicadaptabilityinordertoachievethegoalof‘streamlining andstrengtheningthestandardssystemItwillrealize“oneunifedmarket，oneregulatorybaseline，andonesetofstandards”， providingrobust technicalsupportandnormativeguidanceforthehigh-qualityindustrial developmentofcurtainwals，doors and windows of buildings.

0 引言

根据国家标准化管理委员会印发的《2024年全国标准化工作要点》通知要求，2024年加快推动全国统一大市场建设，持续优化新型标准体系、着重强化标准实施应用。纵观建筑幕墙门窗领域，其标准体系已具雏形[1-2]。一个标准体系在建立一段时间后，不可避免地会产生“系统性退化”3，需要结合新形势和新需要，对其进行优化，深入挖掘其对未来产业创新发展的引领和带动作用。因此，加强标准化顶层设计，优化完善标准供给结构，构建适应行业发展趋势、满足技术迭代要求、引领产业转型升级、迎合消费者需求的建筑幕墙门窗行业标准体系，并进行持续优化完善，形成结构合理、动态调整且衔接配套的标准体系，是推动建筑幕墙门窗行业高质量发展的基础支撑，也是提升幕墙门窗领域产品及工程质量的重要保障。

1 标准体系的概念

根据GB/T13016—2018《标准体系构建原则和要求》4的规定，标准体系是“一定范围内的标准按其内在联系形成的科学的有机整体”。标准体系构建是运用系统论指导标准化工作的一种方法，是开展标准体系建设的基础和前提工作，也是编制标准、修订规划和计划的依据。标准体系表是一定范围内包含现有、应有和预计制定标准的蓝图，是一种标准体系模型。

通过行业某一领域范围内的标准体系可以系统、动态地描绘该领域发展蓝图，全面了解行业的国内外发展现状与趋势，系统规划标准研制项目，全面指导标准实施计划，同时也是检索和推进标准应用的有效依据。……
