0 引言

标准化作为现代化工业生产的重要基石和产业升级的重要抓手，是一个国家推动高质量发展、参与高质量竞争的重要标志，能够有效规范生产流程、提升产品质量、增强市场话语权、促进产业协同，

传统产业是区域经济的重要支柱，但其发展常受限于技术落后、产业链分散、市场竞争力不足等。

推动传统产业向现代化、集约化转型。浙江省丽水市莲都区阀门产业历经数十年发展，已成为区域特色产业，但在新经济环境下亟须通过标准化实现突破。本文以莲都阀门产业为样本，分析其标准化实践成效与制约因素，并提出针对性对策。

1 阀门产业“标准化+”的探索与成效

1.1现实基础

阀门产业是莲都区的主导产业之一，2024年全区拥有阀门企业102家，其中规上企业40家，占全区规上企业的 25.3% ，占阀门行业的 39.2% ，实现总产值21.75亿元，同比增长 5.9% 。近年来，莲都区以特色产业质量提升行动为契机，全面实施标准化战略，建立标准与创新深度融合的产业标准化体系，以先进标准实现产业链延伸、产业范围拓展和产业功能转型，带动资源、要素、技术、市场需求的优化重组，提升阀门产业整体标准水平，推动产业加快向价值链高端发展，逐步将规模优势转化为质量优势，以高标准引领阀门产业高质量发展。

1.2实践经验

1.2.1聚焦发展瓶颈，创新政策激发活力

编制了《莲都区质量与标准化“十四五”规划》，出台了《关于推进品牌创建与质量建设的若干意见》，在全市率先增设“浙江标准”“标准领跑者”等奖励条款，提高国家级、省级标准化试点示范项目奖励金额，实现政策精准对接，进一步提升企业自主创新能力和以质量为核心要素的竞争力。……
