[Abstract] In the new era，the Party and the state vigorously promote the excellent traditional Chinese culture and promote the construction of a sports power. Under this background，the optimization strategy of the high-quality development ofdragonand liondance in border colleges were studied byusing methods ofliterature review，interview andsurveys.Byexpounding the practical dilemma of the high-qualitydevelopment of dragonand lion dance in border colleges inthecontextofthenewera，including fouraspectsofthecognitivediferencesofculturalsymbols，thestructural imbalanceoftheparticipants，theintegrationofducationalresources，andthelackofcrossregionallinkage mechanism. The following optimization strategies are proposed： namely promoting the integration and innovation of multi-ethnic cultural symbols，achieving structural optimization of the participating subjects from \"singularity\" to \"pluralismand balance\"，eficiently integrating educational resources，and building athree-in-onecommunication systemof\"competition-performance-research\".The research adheres to the basic principle of \"equal emphasis oncultural inheritance and innovative development\"，with the main focus onstrengthening the sense ofcommunityofthe Chinese nation; Itadheres tothe implementation pathof \"combining the integrationofsportsand education with characteristic development\"，andbuildascientific，standardizedand characteristicdevelopmentsystem to promote the high-quality development of dragon and lion dance in border colleges.

在新时代文化强国战略指引下，边疆地区高校舞龙舞狮运动迎来了重要发展机遇。根据教育部2023年深化推进的《关于实施中华优秀传统文化传承发展工程的意见》精神，舞龙舞狮作为中华优秀传统体育项目，其传承发展对增强文化认同、促进民族团结具有重要意义[1]。教育部2023年修订的《高等学校体育工作基本标准》明确要求高校将民族传统体育纳入教学体系，为边疆高校开展舞龙舞狮运动提供了制度保障2]。《关于全面加强学校体育工作的意见》强调弘扬中华体育精神，推广中华传统体育项目，并要求认真梳理武术、摔跤、棋类、射艺、龙舟、键球、五禽操、舞龙舞狮等中华传统体育项目，为边疆地区高校发展龙狮运动指明了方向[3]

1舞龙舞狮运动的价值意蕴

1.1 历史文化价值

舞龙舞狮运动作为中华民族传统文化的重要组成部分，具有深厚的历史文化价值和独特的文化内涵[4]从历吏渊源来看，舞龙舞狮运动承载了中华文明五千年的文化积淀，是中华民族五千年灿烂历史文化的重要体现，具有鲜明的中国色彩[5]。……
