[Abstract] By using questionnaire survey and other research methods， it takes the current situation of community residents'sports and ftness as the research object and 439 community residents from threecommunities， Hetao Xiuyang， Ezhuang and Shengjing Zhaizi as the investigation object，to investigate and analyze the sports projects that community residentsparticipatein，theirmotivation，frequencytime，ndplaceforparticipatingincommunitysports，aswells their satisfaction with communitysports and fitnessresources.Furthermore，it was found that there are the following obstacles to the development of community sports and fitness in Zhangqiu District of Jinan City are： lack of sports profesional guidancepersonnel，ack offnecesarypublicityforcommunitysports，and inadequatesportsandfitess facilities.To address the above issues，practical measures are proposed：paying atention to the cultivation and introduction of sports profesionals，improving the publicity eforts for community sports and establishing and improving fitness venues and facilities.It aims to promote the development ofcommunity sports and fitnessin Zhangqiu District"of Jinan City.

现如今，我国经济发展水平大幅提高，居民生活条件较以往有显著改善，衣食住行等各方面愈发具有科技性与便捷性，医疗水平的发展也使人类寿命大幅延长。然而近年来，在生活压力与工作压力的双重作用下，居民参与体育活动、进行身体锻炼的时间日益减少，身体素质逐年下降。因久坐不动、缺乏必要身体锻炼而引发的健康问题愈发突出。因此，增加居民参与体育锻炼的时间、增强其体质、降低久坐不动对身体的危害迫在眉睫。

在众多体育参与形式中，社区体育健身活动是人民群众参与体育健身最为广泛、普遍的方式。群众在工作生活之余能够更便捷地参与体育锻炼，这对增强体质、丰富文娱生活具有重要作用。但体育锻炼在发展过程中也存在不少问题与不足。因此，笔者通过调查研究济南市章丘区居民参与社区体育锻炼的状况，分析该地区社区体育健身开展中面临的阻碍，并针对这些阻碍提出解决方案，以促进济南市章丘区社区体育健身的发展。

通过对济南市章丘区社区体育健身现状进行观察分析，有助于为该地区社区体育健身的发展提供具有针对性、合理性和可操作性强的实践措施，推动全民健身战略目标的实施，提高社区体育的居民参与度，提升居民健康水平。……
