Abstract：Underthepolicyimpetusofthe\"DoubleExcelencePlan\"，secondaryvocationaleducationisfacingbrand-new developmentopportunitiesandchallnges.Taking Guangxi QinzhouAgricultural Scholasanexample，thispaperdeplyanalyzes theconstructionsituationoftheplantprotectionprofesionalcluster.Ielaboratesontheadvantagesandcharacteristicsofthis professionalclusterintalentcultivationintegrationofompeitionandeaching，practicalteacing，andsocialservices，hilealso analyzingtheopportunitiesandchallengesitfaces.Throughthestudyofthelogicofprofessionalgroups，thecorresponding relationshipbetweenprofessonalgroupsandtheindustrialchainandthelogicalconnectionbetweenmajorswithinthegroupare clarified.Itfurtherproposesconstructionandimplementationpathsfromvariousaspectssuchashigh-qualityprofesional construction，ucumefo，eachetamreation，andepeningthintegationofindustrandducatioiingtorode beneficialreferencesforthehigh-qualitydevelopmentoftheplantprotectionprofesionalclusterinsecondayvocational educationandpromote thegreaterroleof secondary vocational education in the Rural Revitalization Strategy.

根据《自治区教育厅自治区人力资源社会保障厅自治区财政厅关于公布广西优质中职学校和专业建设计划项目名单的通知》（桂教职成[2023]45号）精神，广西积极响应国家“双优\"重大专项号召，深人开展优质中职学校和专业的遴选工作，最终确定了91所优质中职学校和180个优质专业。

在此背景下，广西钦州农业学校基于服务“三农”的办学使命打造以植物保护专业为核心，作物生产技术、园林技术、农机设备应用与维修并行的优质专业群，专业群全面落实“三全育人\"“五育并举\"机制，健全“能力本位、耕学交替”“政校行企\"育人机制，大力推进“ 1+X^′ 证书制度的实施，致力于在纵向贯通、横向融通的现代职教体系中，为学生搭建起高质量、个性化的升学通道，持续将专业品牌做优、做强、做精，推动植物保护专业群高质量发展[1]

植物保护专业群的4个专业始终围绕乡村振兴人才培养的共同目标，4个专业培养的技术人才都面向农业农村产业。植物保护专业群在人才培养中实施分层分类教学，充分考虑到不同生源、不同技术基础以及不同职业发展意向学生的个体差异，因材施教，确保每一位学生学有所得、学有所获。核心专业植物保护专业是自治区级示范特色专业、植保无人机应用职业技能等级证书试点专业，在人才培养中积极探索政校行企的校企合作育人机制，切实提高学生服务“三农\"的专业能力。……
