[摘要]目的：探究外伤性脱位前牙患者采用百强固位纤维联合光固化流动树脂治疗的固定效果及对牙周健康、美观度的影响。方法：选择2019年1月-2021年12月北京市平谷区医院口腔科收治的80例外伤性脱位前牙患者，根据治疗方式不同，分为观察组（n=42）和对照组（n=38）。观察组采用百强固位纤维联合光固化流动树脂固定，对照组采用牙弓夹板固定。比较两组治疗后6个月的固定效果，比较两组治疗前和治疗后1个月、6个月的牙龈指数（Gingival index，GI）及龈沟出血指数（Sulcus bleeding index，SBI）；比较两组固定后即刻及治疗后6个月的切割功能、美观度及舒适评分。结果：治疗后6个月，观察组的总有效率为92.86%，高于对照组的76.32%（P＜0.05）；治疗后1个月，两组的GI、SBI评分均高于治疗前，但是观察组的GI、SBI评分均低于对照组（P＜0.05）；治疗后6个月，两组GI、SBI评分均低于治疗后1个月（P＜0.05），而与治疗前比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05），且两组间比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；固定后即刻及治疗后6个月，观察组的切割功能、美观度、舒适评分均高于对照组（P＜0.05），而两组治疗后6个月的切割功能、美观度、舒适评分均与固定后即刻差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论：百强固位纤维联合光固化流动树脂对外伤性脱位前牙具有较好的固定效果，能保护患者牙体及牙周健康，保证患者牙齿的切割功能，且兼具美观度及舒适性。

Observation on the Clinical Efficacy of Retention Fibers combined with Photocured Flow Resin in the Treatment of Traumatic Dislocated Anterior Teeth

Abstract： Objective" To explore the fixation effect of retention fiber combined with photocured flow resin and its influences on periodontal health and aesthetics in patients with traumatic dislocation anterior teeth. Methods" A total of 80 patients with traumatic dislocation anterior teeth admitted to Stomatology Department of Pinggu District Hospital in Beijing were enrolled between January 2019 and December 2021. According to different treatment methods， they were divided into observation group （n=42） and control group （n=38）. The observation group was given retention fiber combined with photocured flow resin， while control group was given arch bar splint for fixation. The fixation effect after 6 months of treatment， gingival index （GI） and sulcus bleeding index （SBI） before， after 1 month and 6 months of treatment， and scores of cutting function， aesthetics and comfort immediately after fixation and after 6 months of treatment were compared between the two groups. Results" After 6 months of treatment， total response rate of observation group was higher than that of control group （92.86% vs 76.32%， P＜0.05）. After 1 month of treatment， scores of GI and SBI in both groups were increased， which were lower in observation group than control group （P＜0.05）. After 6 months of treatment， GI and SBI scores were lower than those after 1 month of treatment in both groups （P＜0.05）， but difference was not statistically significant compared with those before treatment （P＞0.05）. There was no significant difference in GI and SBI scores between the two groups （P＞0.05）. Immediately after fixation and after 6 months of treatment， scores of cutting function， aesthetics and comfort in observation group were higher than those in control group （P＜0.05）， but there was no significant difference immediately after fixation and after 6 months of treatment （P＞0.05）. Conclusion" Fixation effect of retention fiber combined with photocured flow resin is good on traumatic dislocation anterior teeth， which can protect dental and periodontal health， and ensure the cutting function of teeth， with high aesthetics and comfort.
