[摘要]增生性瘢痕是病理性瘢痕的一种，其形成不仅导致外观畸形及功能障碍，对患者的心理健康也造成一定程度的影响。近年来，点阵CO2激光被广泛应用于增生性瘢痕的治疗当中并取得良好效果，同时多种治疗手段联合点阵CO2激光的治疗方法也被广泛应用于临床并有大量文献报道。本文对近年来国内外文献中关于点阵CO2激光单一治疗及联合其他方法治疗增生性瘢痕的文献进行了归纳总结，以期为点阵CO2激光治疗增生性瘢痕提供新的思路。

Abstract： Hypertrophic scar is a type of pathological scar，which not only causes appearance deformities and functional disorders，but also has a certain degree of impact on the mental health of patients.In recent years，fractional CO2 laser has been widely used in the treatment of hypertrophic scar and has achieved good results. At the same time， various treatment methods combined with fractional CO2 laser have also been widely used in clinical practice and have been extensively reported in literature.In this paper，we summarized the literature about the treatment of hyperplastic scar by fractional CO2 laser alone or combined with other methods in recent years， so as to provide new insights into the fractional CO2 laser treatment of hypertrophic scar.

瘢痕是皮肤损伤后机体无法完全达到组织学再生，进而启动组织修复过程，以结缔组织替代的必然产物。因此，皮肤瘢痕是形态外观发生异常以及功能发生改变的纤维增生性疾病[1]。增生性瘢痕是病理性瘢痕的一种，是皮肤创伤后所形成的一种突出正常皮肤表面、外形不规则、潮红充血、质韧的疾患，常发生于损伤真皮层的创伤，如烧烫伤、痤疮、手术切口、感染等，伴有不同程度的灼痛或瘙痒[2]，在创伤修复过程中，成纤维细胞过度活跃增殖导致正常的胶原合成与降解的稳态被破坏，胶原大量合成并堆积，真皮层增厚，从而在早期表现为突出皮面并伴有较严重的痒痛感及局部充血的红色皮损；减退期随着瘢痕变软，高度减低，痒痛感也相应减轻；最后静止期（也叫成熟期）的瘢痕仍高于皮面，呈褐色，痒痛感消失[3-4]。……
