Detection and Standard Analysis of Migratory Elements and Phthalate Harmful Substances Based on Indoor PVC Floor Coverings

Abstrat：[Objective] The studyaims to examine safetyconcernsstemmingfrom the absence of limits for migratable elements and phthalates in polyvinyl chloride （PVC）flooring as percurent standards.[Methods]This paper delves into relevant domesticand international standardsand summarizespertinenttestingmethodologies.Atotalof30sampleswere tested foreight migratableelements andsixphthalates.Results]Thefindingsrevealthatantimony，mercuryandselenium wereabsent，whilebariumwaspresentinallsamples atrelativelyhigherconcentrationsthanotherelements.Leadwas also detected inallsamples but atconcentrations lower than thoseofbarium.Additionallyvarying batches exhibited arsenic， cadmiumandchromiumlevelsexceeing thedetectionlimitNotably，significant quantitiesofthephthalates DNP，DINP， andDIDPweredetected.[Conclusion] Consequently，migratable elements in PVCflooring samples pose notablehealth risks， with phthalates meriting particular scrutiny as potentially harmful substances.

0 引言

聚氯乙烯（Polyvinylchloride，PVC）作为一种合成聚合物塑料被大量使用。室内铺装PVC材料地板在建筑领域中的广泛应用就是最好的例证之一\"。这种以聚氯乙烯及其共聚树脂为主要原料，加人填料、增塑剂、稳定剂、着色剂等辅料，在片状连续基材上，经涂敷工艺或经压延、挤出或挤压工艺生产而成的产品，由于其独特优点，已普遍替代了木质地板和瓷砖，并称为“弹性地板”。此类地板常用于学校、培训中心、幼儿园和健身房等铺装面积较大的室内活动场所。由于在这些场所中人们需要长时间在内活动，其环保性能受到广泛关注，尤其是其中的有害物质。

自聚氯乙烯材料问世以来研究人员就开展了各类安全性的研究。从制备聚氯乙烯过程中关注氯乙烯单体的致癌性开始，到烧聚氯乙烯产生的二英。尤其是为了提高其加工性和稳定性引入了铅元素，以及将邻苯二甲酸盐作为增塑剂被添加到材料中。所以针对PVC地板国内外研究人员分别开展了相关安全性研究。Wakayama等研究指出聚氯乙烯地板材料中存在的化合物，如邻苯二甲酸酯，在与含碱性水分的混凝土地板接触时被水解，从而污染建筑物室内空气质量，导致房屋使用者患上病态建筑综合征；袁庆丹等利用小型环境舱对PVC卷材地板释放的总挥发性有机化合物，进行了热解析-气相色谱质谱联用法的检出限和定量限检测，并开展了释放规律的总结和主要污染物的分析。与PVC地板功能近似的产品，研究人员也进行了类似研究。……
