Development of Submersible and Analysis of Its Standard

Abstract：[Objective]This paperanalyzes thecurent statusofsubmersibleequipmentanditsstandards，explores the gaps of submarines，andthe problems faced bysubmersible standardization.[Methods]Thestudyanalyzesthe gaps inthe design depth， weight，size，speed， andother basic informationof mannedandunmanned submersibles in China， and examines the fundamental，technological， andappliedaspectsof submersibles.Byanalyzingthestandardlevels，contentjects， and applicable stages of submersible standards in China，thecurent statusofstandards in Chinais obtained.[Results] Although the submersible standards system hasbeen initially established and some standards have started preliminary research，there arestillproblemsinthefieldofsubmersiblestandards inChina，suchasthenarrowcoverageofstandards anddelayedtransformationofechnicalachievementsintostandards[ConclusionInordertoenhancethecompetitiveness of China'ssubmersible market and promotethehigh-quality developmentofrelated technology industries，the next step is toanalyzethegeographicaladvantagesof China'ssubmersible technologyfield，improvethepromotionstrategyofkey fieldstandardsandprovidereferencefortheubsequentconstructionofsubmersiblestandardssstemtalentcultivati and standards development.

0 引言

21世纪是海洋的世纪，争夺世界海洋权益和深海资源是世界海洋强国与临海国家的一个重要战略行动。潜水器作为我国21世纪海洋高新技术发展和应用的重要装备之一，具备运载各种专用设备及人员快速、精确并持续往返于各种深海环境，开展科学考察、实地勘探和开发作业等综合任务的能力，是贯彻实施习近平总书记“深海进人、深海探测、深海开发”行动的重大战略装备\"。作为海洋工程装备及高技术船舶的重要组成之一，拥有自主核心技术的深海潜水器更是国家综合科技实力的象征。潜水器对促进制造业创新发展、核心装备技术突破、带动传统产业转型升级具有重大意义。

1我国潜水器发展

1.1潜水器概述

潜水器是海洋技术发展的前沿，是海洋资源开发利用的重要技术手段。其中，以“奋斗者”号、“海斗一号”“海燕—X”和“悟空”号为代表的潜水器完成了万米深潜2，标志着我国具有了进入世界海洋最深处开展科学探索和研究的能力，体现了我国在海洋高技术领域的综合实力。潜水器按照类别分为可载人潜水器和无人潜水器。其中，无人潜水器又分为自治潜水器、缆控潜水器，其相关介绍如下。

（1）载人潜水器（HOV）

载人潜水器可以携带海洋科学家进人海洋深处，在海底现场直接观察、分析和评估，还可操作机械手实现高效作业。由于具有有人驾驶、近距离直接观察与作业等特点，载人潜水器作为国之重器，已成为深海装备研究的热点之一
