Abstrat：[Objective]Toexplorethe innovativepath andconstructionsuggestionsofone-stopqualitybasedservices and market supervision system driven by new quality productive forces.[Methods] Throughliteraturereview and theoretical analysis，combined with case analysis and induction and deduction methods，this paper expounds the connotation and characteristicsof new quality productive forces，analyzesthe impact of new quality productive forcesonone-stopquality based services，andproposes innovativepaths.Basedonthisfurthersuggestions wereputforwardfortheconstructionofa market supervision system driven bynew quality productive forces.[Results]The study found that new quality productive forceshavepromotedinovationinone-stopqualitybasedservicesthroughitshigh-techhigh-eficiencyandhigquality features，including strengtheningresource aggregationeffects andcreatingeicientserviceplatforms；usinginfomation innovation technology toachieveintellgentservice upgrading； innovatingcustomizedservicemodels tomeet diverseneeds； deepening technology integration services and building a solid foundation for qualitydevelopment.[Conclusion] Under the drive ofnew quality productiveforces，one-stopquality basedservices andinnovative market supervisionsystems are the preferredpathstopromotehigh-quality economicdevelopment.The market supervisionsystemdriven by new quality productie forces shouldintegrate dataresources to promote sharingand buildasolidfoundation forintellgent supervision； impovethecreditinformationcollectionsystemandconsolidatethefoundationofcreditsupervision；establishasoundlegal network for market supervisionandstrengthen the shieldoflegal supervision；seizethe strategichigh pointofthe quality system， and strengthen the local innovation of the quality foundation.

0 引言

新质生产力是经济新常态背景下的生产力新质态。有别于传统生产力，新质生产力的本质为将科技、人才、创新与生产实践相结合，形成核心要素的质变，推动整个社会生活、经济发展产生高质量变革的生产力。新质生产力正在以前所未有的速度和规模改变着社会的生产方式和经济格局，深刻影响着传统产业的转型升级，同时也催生出一系列新兴产业的发展。在这一背景下，质量基础一站式服务与市场监管体系作为保障和提升产品和服务质量、维护市场秩序和消费者权益的重要机制，其创新与发展显得尤为迫切和重要。

1 新质生产力的内涵与关键特征

新质生产力是以创新为主导，以高科技、高效能、高质量为特征的符合新发展理念的先进生产力质态\"，如图1所示。

高科技是新质生产力的核心特征之一。新质生产力通过在生产过程中综合运用先进信息技术、人工智能和新材料技术等高科技手段，推动生产方式深刻变革。不仅提高了生产效率，降低了生产成本，更重要的是，它还推动了产品和服务的创新，使得新质生产力在市场竞争中更具优势。高科技还体现在新质生产力对原始创新和颠覆性创新的重视，这些创新成果深度融入生产全过程，推动了生产力的跨越式发展。

高效能是新质生产力的又一显著特征。……
