摘 要：【目的】为明晰河南省新装备制造业的发展状况，对中部六省和东部沿海发达省份新装备制造业的技术发展进行对比分析，为河南省新装备制造业的发展提供参考。【方法】以HimmPat专利数据平台收录的1985—2020年新装备制造业的相关专利为数据源，对中部六省和东部沿海发达省份新装备制造业的专利申请趋势、法律状态、创新主体、专利运营等方面进行对比分析。【结果】河南省新装备制造业相关专利申请呈高速增长态势，技术发展趋势在中部六省中仅次于安徽省，但与东部沿海发达省份还有较大差距；专利申请质量还有待提升；中部六省和东部沿海4个发达省份在新装备制造业领域的主要创新主体均是企业；河南省新装备制造业相关专利运营情况在中部六省中稳居第二，但与东部沿海发达省份相比还有较大提升空间。【结论】河南省新装备制造业应当依托郑洛新打造重点产业集群，借鉴其他省份专利运营成功经验，整合校企创新资源。

Research on Technological Competition Situation of New Equipment Manufacturing Industry in Six Central Provinces and Developed Eastern Coastal Provinces and Its Enlightenment to Henan Province

Abstract： [Purposes] In order to clarify the development status of the new equipment manufacturing industry in Henan Province， the technological development of the new equipment manufacturing industry in Henan Province is compared and analyzed， and the development of the new equipment manufacturing industry in Henan Province is provided with reference. [Methods] Based on the patents related to the new equipment manufacturing industry from 1985 to 2021 collected by HimmPat patent data platform as the data source， the patent application trend， legal status， innovation subjects and patent operation in the new equipment manufacturing industry of six central provinces， developed eastern coastal provinces and Henan province were compared and analyzed.[Findings] The patent applications related to the new equipment manufacturing industry in Henan Province are showing a rapid growth trend， and the technology development trend is second only to Anhui province in the six central provinces， but there is still a large gap with the developed provinces in the east coast; The quality of patent applications needs to be improved; In the field of new equipment manufacturing in the six central provinces and the four developed eastern coastal provinces， the main innovation entities are enterprises; The operation of new equipment manufacturing related patents in Henan province ranks second in the six central provinces， but there is still room for improvement compared with the developed eastern coastal provinces.[Conclusions] Henan's new equipment manufacturing industry should rely on Zhengzhou， Luoyang and Xinxiang to build key industrial clusters， learn from the successful experience of patent operation in other provinces， and integrate the innovation resources of schools and enterprises.

河南省作为制造业大省，近几年其工业增加值稳居全国第五，但与排名靠前的广东省、浙江省、江苏省、山东省仍有较大差距，存在大而不强的问题［1］。2019年9月，习近平总书记在河南考察时指出，把制造业高质量发展作为主攻方向，把创新摆在发展全局的突出位置［2］。装备制造业作为国民经济和国家安全生产技术装备的支柱性产业，不仅是制造业的核心与工业的“心脏”，而且是拉动经济高质量发展的重要引擎［3-5］。……
