缓释型抗冰冻混合料铺装路面抗凝冰效果及长效保持机制研究

摘 要:【目的】针对冬季冰雪天气桥面结冰导致的交通安全问题,开展缓释型抗冰冻沥青混合料研究。【方法】通过融化试验、撕裂试验和电导率试验,对比评价SMA-13-国产和SMA-13-MFL的短期融冰和长期防冰效果。【结果】融化试验表明,进口MFL抗冰冻剂的融冰能力优于国产抗冰冻剂。撕裂试验表明,国产抗冰冻剂的融冰性能优于进口MFL抗冰冻剂。盐分融析电导率试验表明,进口MFL抗冰冻剂的析出速率大于国产抗冰冻剂;进口MFL抗冰冻的融雪除冰效果可持续2~3年,国产抗冰冻剂的融雪除冰效果可持续3~4年。【结论】缓释型抗冰冻混合料在桥面铺装中具有较好的推广应用前景。

Study on Anti-Icing Effect and Long-Term Maintenance Mechanism of Slow-Release Anti-Freezing Mixture Pavement

Abstract: [Purposes] This paper aims address the traffic safety issues caused by bridge decks being prone to freezing during winter ice and snow weather, it is necessary to conduct research on slow-release anti freezing asphalt mixtures. [Methods] This article compares and evaluates the short-term ice melting and long-term anti icing effects of SMA-13 domestic and SMA-13-MFL through melting tests, tear tests, and conductivity tests. [Findings] The research results show that the melting test shows that the melting ability of imported MFL anti freezing agent is better than that of domestic anti freezing agent. The tear test shows that the melting performance of domestic anti freezing agents is better than that of imported MFL anti freezing agents. The salt thawing conductivity test shows that the precipitation rate of imported MFL antifreeze is higher than that of domestic antifreeze; the imported MFL anti freezing snow melting and deicing effect can last for 2~3 years, while the domestic anti freezing agent's snow melting and deicing effect can last for 3~4 years. [Conclusions] The slow-release anti freezing mixture has good prospects for promotion and application in bridge deck pavement.

0 引言

冬季桥面通常先于路面产生薄冰层,导致其抗滑性能急剧下降,严重危害车辆的行车安全。常见的融雪技术主要为被动融雪和主动融雪。被动融雪包括机械、人工和融雪剂除雪;主动除雪主要包括缓释型融冰雪技术、橡胶颗粒除冰雪技术、热力融冰雪技术等[1-3]。近些年来,缓释型抗冰冻混合料的研究较多。彭智宇等[4]研究了不同融雪剂对沥青混合料水稳定性能的影响,研究表明,NaCl的含量对混合料影响较大。于国功等[5]开发了一种环保缓释微胶囊自融冰剂,并在京雄高速公路施工中进行应用,取得了不错的融雪效果。葛浩[6]提出将防冻剂加入沥青路面进行主动抑冰除雪,并在桥面铺装工程中进行应用。目前,国内学者的研究主要聚焦于缓释型抗冻剂和沥青混合料的配伍性,而针对抗冻混合料的融雪除冰效果方面的研究还较少,尚没有标准的试验评估方法。……
