摘要：教师是家庭教育指导工作的主要承担者。通过对常德市576名乡村小学教师的调查发现：乡村小学教师家庭教育指导情况总体水平不高，主要表现为家庭教育指导频率较低、对象不均衡、形式单一、内容不全面和效能不明显。为此，需要引领乡村家长家庭教育指导需求；提升乡村教师家庭教育指导能力；完善乡村学校内外联动支撑体系。

A Survey on the Current Situation of Family Education Guidance for Rural Primary School Teachers

—Taking Changde City as an Example

Abstract： Teachers are the main undertakers of family education guidance. Through a survey of 576 rural primary school teachers in Changde city， it is found that the overall level of family education guidance is not high in rural primary school， which is mainly manifested in the low frequency， unbalanced objects， single form， incomplete content and insignificant effectiveness of family education guidance. Therefore， it is necessary to guide the demand of rural parents for family education guidance， enhance rural teachers capabilities in this area and improve the support system of rural schools internal and external linkage.

《中华人民共和国家庭教育促进法》明确规定：“中小学校要将家庭教育指导服务作为教师业务培训的内容。”［1］全国妇联、教育部等11部门印发的《关于指导推进家庭教育的五年规划（2021—2025年）》提出要构建覆盖城乡的家庭教育指导服务体系，要充分发挥学校主阵地作用［2］。教师作为直接的家庭教育指导者，需更好地适应新时代家校合作育人大格局中教师角色的新定位。

城乡家庭教育发展不均衡的现象因城乡二元结构的长期存在而更加突出，乡村家长文化水平和家庭结构类型差异会带来一些不公平。因此，需要关注乡村小学家庭教育指导现状，强调以乡村小学教师家庭教育指导为枢纽，助力乡村教育振兴和乡村家庭建设。

一、研究设计

（一）研究对象

在常德市桃源县、安乡县、澧县等6个县域乡村小学范围中，综合考虑各个乡村小学教师的性别、年龄、职称等分布，随机选取乡村小学教师共计600名为调查样本。本次问卷借助问卷星共发放600份，剔除作答时间较短和作答高度重合的无效问卷24份，回收有效问卷576份，有效回收率为96%。……
