摘要：通过对高校辅导员实际工作中遇到的关于大学生学习困扰的典型案例进行分析，归纳出影响大学生学习积极性的三种情境，即挫折经历导致不自信，放弃学业；目标不清晰，缺少学习动力；完美主义引起学业拖延。并结合心理学相关理论，给出对应的干预角度和辅导员谈心谈话示例。同时，梳理了做好谈心谈话工作的启示：（一）提前做好准备工作；（二）建立学生成长档案；（三）做好追踪和回访。

Case Analysis and Intervention Enlightenment of College Counselors Heart-to-Heart Talks

—Based on College Students Common Learning Problems

Abstract： By analyzing the typical cases of college students learning problems that college counselors encountered in their practical work， this paper summarizes three situations affecting college students learning enthusiasm， namely， frustrating experiences leading to the lack of confidence and abandonment of studies， unclear goals and lack of learning motivation， and academic procrastination caused by perfectionism. Combined with the relevant theories of psychology， the corresponding intervention perspective and examples of counselors heart-to-heart talks are put forward. At the same time， this paper summarizes the insights for counselors heart-to-heart work： （1） making good preparations in advance; （2） establishing students growth portfolio; （3） making good tracking and return visits.

在网络高速发展的时代，部分大学生对学习抱有消极态度，不能完成学校规定的学业要求。但这个阶段的学习是积累知识、提高能力，为将来生活和就业做好充分准备的关键期。辅导员是学生成长成才的人生导师，应关注学生的学习状态和学业发展。“一对一”谈心谈话无疑是辅导员提升育人效果最重要的方式。

本文结合笔者工作中遇到的大学生学习困扰的相关案例，分析辅导员在大学生学业生涯中遭遇学习困扰时的谈心谈话策略，为实际教育工作中提高谈心谈话有效性提供思路。

一、案例介绍

（一）挫折经历导致不自信，放弃学业

案例1学生A，高中学习成绩一直不错，但大一上学期有2门专业课程挂科，失去奖学金评选资格，倍受打击，上课心不在焉，学习态度消极，成绩一落千丈，多门课程不及格。现处于被劝退的边缘，学生很着急，感到焦虑和绝望。

（二）目标不清晰，缺少学习动力
