摘  要：党的十八大以来，党中央作出人才是实现民族振兴、赢得国际竞争主动战略资源的重大判断，作出全方位培养、引进、使用人才的重大部署，推动新时代人才工作取得历史性成就、发生历史性变革。当前，研究生的培养规模不断增大，从而高校引进的新晋导师数量也随之增多。但是，高校引进的新晋导师中，有海外留学经历的导师占比较大，并且普遍比较年轻，在培养研究生时通常会遇到一些困境，比如海外留学的经历使得新晋导师不注重加强自身思政以及学生思政的学习，并在培养研究生方面没有经验，达不到学校规定的培养要求等。因此，该文以交通运输类专业为例，阐述该类专业新晋研究生导师培养学生存在的困境，并且针对存在的困境提出解决思路。

Abstract： Since the 18th CPC National Congress， Central Committee of the Communist Party of China has made a major judgment that talents are a strategic resource for realizing national rejuvenation and winning the initiative of international competition， and has made major arrangements for all-round supervising， introduction， and use of talents to promote the historic achievements of talent work in the new era. A historic change has taken place. At present， the scale of postgraduate supervising continues to increase， so the number of new advisors introduced by colleges and universities also increases. However， among the new advisors introduced by colleges and universities， those with overseas study experience account for a large proportion， and they are generally relatively young. Therefore， when supervising graduate students， they usually encounter some difficulties. New advisors have no experience in cultivating graduate students and cannot meet the supervising requirements stipulated by the school. Therefore， this paper takes the transportation major as an example， expounds the difficulties in supervising students for new advisors in such majors， and puts forward solutions to the existing difficulties.
