摘要：“开发者文学”是具有时代性特征的文学，当代开发者的“社会主义自觉性”是当代开发精神的根本要义，只有反映了当代开发者精神的文学作品，才是本质意义上的“开发者文学”。其在题材和精神实质上有相对明确的规定，但在文体、角度、手法、风格甚至表现形式方面并无限制，自身形式的多样性促成“开发者文学”传播的跨媒介性。在跨媒介传播中，最具规模与影响力的当属以新闻片、纪录片、电影和电视剧等大众传媒艺术形式进行的传播。这种以“为了中华民族在社会主义时代的振兴和发展，为了祖国未来的繁荣和富强，向一切崭新的未知领域（包括自然领域和社会领域），发愤图强、披荆斩棘进行冲刺和拼搏，奋进和攀登，思考和思索的大无畏精神”为核心内容的开发者精神汇聚于“新疆精神”中，成为当今新疆人民最核心的精神特征。

Exploring “Developer Literature” and Its Cross-Media Communication

Abstract： “Developer literature” is literature with the characteristics of the times， and the “socialist consciousness” of the contemporary developers is the fundamental essence of contemporary development spirit. Only literature that reflects contemporary developers spirit is the “developer literature” in essence. They have relatively clear regulations on the theme and spiritual essence， but have no restrictions on the genre， angle， technique， style or even the form of expression， and the diversity of its own forms contributes to its cross-media dissemination. During the dissemination， the most large-scale and influential dissemination is through mass media and art forms such as newsreels， documentary film， movies and TV dramas. The core content of this developer spirit is “for Chinas revitalization and development in the socialist era， for the future prosperity and strength of the motherland， to all the new and unknown fields （including the natural and social fields）， the fearless spirit of striving for progress with determination and hacking ones way through difficulties， struggling for progress and being good at thinking”. The developer spirit is gathered in the “Xinjiang Spirit” and has become the core spiritual characteristic of people in Xinjiang today.

20世纪80年代，“开发者文学”成了新疆文学最主导性创作方向：“反映社会主义现代化建设，反映开发大西北、开发新疆的文学应当是我们的主流。”［1］“如果在我们的创作中，表现开发者生活的作品不占主要地位，我们的文学是没有什么前途的。”［2］在“开发生活，是新疆社会生活的主流，是时代精神最集中地体现”［2］的普遍共识下，“开发者文学”曾集众望于一身。“在西北地区，特别是新疆，至少在近几十年内，提倡开发者文学，尤其显得必要。……
