【摘要】 目的：探究雌二醇片/雌二醇地屈孕酮片复合包装联合雌二醇凝胶对高危人工流产术后患者子宫内膜的作用。方法：选取2021年1月—2023年1月于新余市妇幼保健院就诊并行高危人工流产术的患者182例作为研究对象，以随机分配方案分为对照组（n=91）及观察组（n=91）。对照组给予桂枝茯苓胶囊治疗，观察组在桂枝茯苓胶囊基础上加用雌二醇片/雌二醇地屈孕酮片复合包装、雌二醇凝胶。对比两组月经情况、子宫内膜厚度和不良事件发生情况。结果：观察组月经复潮时间早于对照组，月经量减少率低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）；两组月经周期复常率比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。治疗前两组子宫内膜厚度比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；治疗后观察组子宫内膜厚度大于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组不良事件发生率为8.79%，对照组为3.30%，两组比较，差异无统计学意义（字2=2.419，P=0.120）。结论：高危人工流产术后采用雌二醇片/雌二醇地屈孕酮片复合包装联合雌二醇凝胶可以有效地修复子宫内膜，促进月经恢复，且不增加不良事件的发生。

[Abstract] Objective： To investigate the effect of Complex Packing Estradiol Tablets/Estradiol and Dydrogesterone Tablets combined with Estradiol Gel on endometrium of patients after high-risk induced abortion. Method： A total of 182 patients with high-risk induced abortion who were treated in Maternity and Child Care Center of Xinyu from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects， and were divided into control group （n=91） and observation group （n=91） according to random allocation scheme. The control group was given Guizhi Fuling Capsules， and the observation group was given Complex Packing Estradiol Tablets/Estradiol and Dydrogesterone Tablets combined with Estradiol Gel on the basis of Guizhi Fuling Capsules. Menstruation， endometrial thickness and adverse events were compared between the two groups. Result： The time of menstrual regain in the observation group was earlier than that in the control group， and the rate of menstrual volume loss was lower than that in the control group， the differences were statistically significant （P<0.05）. There was no significant difference in the recurrence rate of menstrual cycle between the two groups （P>0.05）. There was no significant difference in endometrial thickness between the two groups before treatment （P>0.05）; after treatment， endometrial thickness in the observation group was higher than that in the control group， the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. The incidence of adverse events was 8.79% in the observation group and 3.30% in the control group， there was no significant difference between the two groups （字2=2.419， P=0.120）. Conclusion： After high-risk induced abortion， Complex Packing Estradiol Tablets/Estradiol and Dydrogesterone Tablets combined with Estradiol Gel can effectively repair endometrium， promote menstrual recovery， and do not increase the occurrence of adverse events.

近年来，进行高危人工流产术的患者逐年增多，高危因素主要包括稽留流产、产后1年内流产、重复流产（1年内有2次或以上人工流产史）、多次流产、子宫腔粘连病史合并妊娠、宫内组织残留等[1]。人工流产术后患者可能会出现多种并发症，特别是高危者，术后易发生子宫腔粘连、月经失调、不孕、子宫内膜异位症等，对于多次流产的患者，反复的宫腔操作会提高薄型子宫内膜的发生率[2-3]。如何保护女性子宫内膜及防止子宫腔粘连等受到广泛关注。《人……
