[摘 要]目的 探究正畸疗法联合口腔修复疗法治疗先天性缺牙的临床效果。方法 选取2021年11月-2023年11月于汉中市人民医院就诊的70例先天性缺牙患者为研究对象，根据治疗方法不同分为对照组（n=35）和观察组（n=35）。对照组采用口腔修复疗法，观察组采用正畸疗法联合口腔修复疗法，比较两组临床疗效、语言功能、咀嚼功能、生活质量。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为94.29%，高于对照组的74.29%（P<0.05）；两组治疗后语言功能、咀嚼评分均高于治疗前，且观察组高于对照组（P<0.05）；两组治疗后生理功能、心理功能、物质生活、社会功能评分均升高，且观察组高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论运用正畸疗法联合口腔修复疗法治疗先天性缺牙，能够提高治疗效果，改善患者咀嚼功能、语言功能，使患者生活质量得到提升。

Application Value of Orthodontic Therapy Combined with Oral Restoration Therapy in Patients with Congenital Missing Teeth

[Abstract]Objective To explore the clinical effect of orthodontic therapy combined with oral restoration therapy in the treatment of congenital missing teeth. Methods A total of 70 patients with congenital missing teeth who were treated in Hanzhong Peoples Hospital from November 2021 to November 2023 were selected as the research objects. According to different treatment methods， they were divided into control group （n=35） and observation group （n=35）. The control group was treated with oral restoration therapy， and the observation group was treated with orthodontic therapy combined with oral restoration therapy. The clinical efficacy， language function， masticatory function and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 94.29%， which was higher than 74.29% in the control group （P<0.05）. Ater treatment， the language function and masticatory scores of the two groups were higher than those before treatment， and those of the observation group were higher than the control group （P<0.05）. After treatment， the scores of physiological function， psychological function， material life and social function in the two groups increased， and those in the observation group were higher than the control group （P<0.05）. Conclusion For patients with congenital missing teeth， orthodontic therapy combined with oral restoration can improve the therapeutic effect， improve the masticatory function and language function of patients， and improve their quality of life.

先天性缺牙（congenital missing teeth）主要是由于牙胚发育受到阻碍而导致。根据缺失的牙齿数量，可以将其分为3种类型，分别是个别牙缺失、先天无牙症、多数牙缺失。如果未能及时接受有效的治疗，患者的语言功能、咀嚼功能以及牙齿美观程度均会受到影响[1]。现阶段，随着人们生活水平的提高，对口腔保健也越来越重视，因此，许多先天性缺牙患者选择通过医疗手段来恢复牙齿的美观和语言功能。当前临床对于先天性缺牙的主要治疗手段为口腔修复疗法与正畸疗法，口腔修复疗法主要根据牙齿的结构，如缺牙数量、位置、牙列排列等，制定个性化修复方案，以最大程度保障其牙齿结构的完整性，虽有一定的治疗效果，但其在咀嚼功能、美观度的改善方面仍有欠缺[2]。正畸疗法即“牙齿矫正”，指通过各类医学治疗手段使不整齐的牙齿排列整齐。有研究指出[3]，正畸疗法联合口腔修复疗法能够提升治疗效果。……
