摘要：在“雙一流”背景下，对于国内一流中医药大学建设路径，24所中医药大学都制定了政策，但是，有很多的不统一性。通过运用Nvivo软件，对收集的20篇文本进行分析，发现的20个高频词有3种类型，一是建设、人才、发展、研究的路径目标核心词，二是学科、教育、高校、大学、管理、中医药、文化、服务、教师、中医、院校的路径范围核心词，三是政策、教学、工作、科研、评价的路径达成度核心词。得出结论，绝大多数国内一流中医药大学提出了建设国内一流中医药大学的路径，提出的建设路径需要符合中国实际，最终才能达到世界一流中医药大学的目标。

Research on the Construction Path of Domestic First-Class University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Under the Background of “Double First Class” Initiative

Abstract：Under the background of double first-class initiative， each school has formulated policies for the construction path of domestic first-class university of traditional Chinese medicine， but there are many inconsistencies. By using Nvivo software to analyze the collected 20 texts， By using Nvivo software to analyze 20 collected texts， it is found that there are three types of high-frequency words， one is the core words of the path objectives of construction， talent， development and research， the other is the core words of the path scope of disciplines， education， colleges， universities， management， traditional Chinese medicine， culture， service， teachers， Chinese medicine and school. The third is the core words of the path of policy， teaching， work， scientific research and evaluation. It is concluded that the vast majority of domestic first-class TCM universities have put forward the path of building domestic first-class TCM universities， and the proposed construction path needs to be in line with China's reality in order to achieve the goal of world-class TCM universities.

1背景

2015年10月，国务院引发了《统筹推进世界一流大学和一流学科建设总体方案》，国家和各个省开启了建设“双一流”大学的时代。文件提出，“高校要根据自身实际，合理选择一流大学和一流学科建设路径，科学规划、积极推进。” [1] 2016年2月，国务院印发《中医药发展战略规划纲要（2016-2030）》，这个规划给中医药大学发展带来很大的机遇，文件提出，“深化中医药教育改革，建立中医学专业认证制度，探索适应中医医师执业分类管理的人才培养模式，加强一批中医药重点学科建设，鼓励有条件的民族地区和高等院校开办民族医药专业，开展民族医药研究生教育，打造一批世界一流的中医药名校和学科。” [2] 2017年1月，教育部、财政部、国家发展改革委制定的《统筹推进世界一流大学和一流学科建设实施办法（暂行）》[3]印发。……
