摘  要：大數据技术在各行各业得到广泛应用，在高职图书馆服务中大数据技术能够实现图书馆藏书的数字化、检索的智能化和服务的个性化，可以大幅提高高职图书馆服务质量和效率。但是由于高职图书馆目前尚存在大数据专业人才匮乏、大数据技术应用不到位等问题，因此需要培养和引入专业人才，建立智慧化图书馆，利用射频识别（Radio Frequency Identification，RFID）技术来为读者提供便捷和个性化的服务。简单分析了大数据的含义与特点，主要分析了大数据视角下高职图书馆服务存在的问题和对策，来深化和拓展高职图书馆服务。

Analysis of the Deepening and Expansion of Library Services in Higher Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of Big Data

Abstract： Big data technology has been widely applied in various industries. In library services in higher vocational colleges， big data technology can achieve the digitization of collections， the intelligence of retrieval and the personalization of services in  libraries， which can greatly improve the quality and efficiency of library services in higher vocational colleges. However， there are problems in current vocational libraries， such as the shortage of big data professionals and the inadequate application of big data technology， so it is necessary to cultivate and introduce professional talents， establish smart libraries， and use radio frequency identification （RFID） technology to provide convenient and personalized services for readers. This article briefly analyzes the meaning and characteristics of big data， focusing on problems and countermeasures existing in library services in higher vocational colleges from the perspective of big data， in order to deepen and expand library services in higher vocational colleges.

随着大数据技术的不断发展，我国各个领域都应用到了大数据技术，大数据技术对经济和技术的发展起到了极大的推动作用[1]。高职图书馆近些年也开始应用大数据技术来深化和拓展图书馆服务，但是由于尚处于起步阶段，高职图书館在大数据技术应用上存在很多不足，例如缺乏专业的大数据人才到图书馆工作，直接导致大数据技术难以应用到位。所以，高职图书馆要认识到大数据技术在深化和拓展图书馆服务方面的效用，积极引入专业的大数据应用人才或培训现有馆员，组织这些人才建立智慧化图书馆，整合图书馆图书资源，利用大数据检索功能来让读者快速找到自己想要阅读的书籍，实现图书馆服务的智能化、个性化和便捷化，满足不同读者的不同阅读需求，提高高职图书馆服务质量和效率[1]。……
