［摘要］翻译是话语的重构，可谓一种修辞性交际行为，即特定译者出于特定目的在特定语境下向特定读者传递特定信息。译者凭借其文本内外的多重读者身份在与文本和社会的互动中实现这种重构。本研究立足于翻译的间性本体，参考修辞诗学对“修辞性读者”及“真实读者”的区分，以张之洞《劝学篇》英译为例，在“求真-务实”连续统基础上结合“文本-行为-社会”三位一体的评价系统，尝试建立连通“模仿式体验”和“共导式重构”的译者行为批评修辞诗学路径。

Abstract：Wrappedupbythereconstructeddiscourse，thetranslatingprocessunfoldsinawaythatthetranslatorretellssomebodyonsomeoccasionandforsomepurpose（s）somethingconstructedwithinarhetoricalbehaviormodel.Specifically，equippedwithamulti-layeredreadership，thetranslatorintegratesthesourcetextintothetargetsocialcontextinadialogicalandcooperativemanner.BasedontheshowcaseoftranslatedversionofChangChih-tungsChinasOnlyHopebySamuelIsettWoodbridge，thestudystartsfromtherelationalityoftranslationanddrivestherhetoricalpoeticturnoftranslatorbehaviorcriticism，constructingatwo-dimensionalsystemintermsofMimicExperienceandConductiveReconstructionbyvalidatingthe“truth-seekingandutility-attaining”evaluativesystemfromthevisionoftext，behaviorandsociety.

1.引言

不同于传统翻译批评的超验性、规约性和演绎性，描写译学研究将译文视作目标语系统下的行为事实，通过描写文本之间的关系建构文本背后的翻译行为模式和行为规范，建立了以经验性、实践性和客观性为原则的研究范式。描写译学研究突破了源語导向的等值说，奠定了目的语导向的功能说（Toury，2012），但在解释文本生成时常常将目光锁定于文本的外部因素（如目的语社会规范），对译者的个体化判断和选择缺乏反思，脱离了翻译的人本性特质，忽视了翻译活动各要素之间的动态关系。

译者行为批评以译者行为作为链接中枢，突破了传统的静态文本研究，力图在描写的基础上解释，在解释的基础上应用，对翻译实践过程中译者阅读和阐释的合理性和有效性予以剖析（周领顺，2014b：23）；……
