摘 要：党的二十大提出加快建设体育强国。体育强国建设是全面建成社会主义现代化强国任务的内在要求，需要在中国共产党领导的体育事业中寻找中国式现代化体育强国建设的历史经验与现实依据。运用文献资料法，回顾不同历史时期黨的体育观，总结实践成就和经验，探寻以中国式现代化推进中华民族伟大复兴的体育方略。研究发现，在革命、建设、改革和新时代的历程中，中国共产党体育观实现从“救国救民”到“兴国兴民”“富国富民”、再到“强国强民”的嬗变，得益于马克思主义中国化理论、中国共产党的全面领导、马克思主义政党人民性、集中力量办大事制度优势的基本经验，并在竞技体育、群众体育、学校体育和体育产业方面取得了巨大实践成就。提出加快体育强国建设的体育方略：以构建新型举国体制为支点持续加固竞技体育；以更高水平全民健身体系为基底夯实群众体育；以深化体教融合为抓手壮大学校体育；以实体经济为着力点推动体育产业高质量发展。

From Saving the Country to Strengthening the Country： Practice and General Plan of Sports Development in China

Abstract：The 20th CPC National Congress proposed to accelerate the construction of a strong sports power. The construction of a strong sports country is an inherent requirement of the task of building a strong modern socialist country in an all-round way. It is necessary to find the historical experience and practical basis of building a strong modern Chinese sports country in the sports cause under the leadership of the Communist Party of China. Using the literature method， the authors review the party's sports view in different historical periods， summarize the practical achievements and experience， and explore the sports strategy of promoting the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation with Chinese-style modernization. Research found that in the course of revolution， construction， reform and the new era， the CPC's sports concept has changed from "saving the country and the people" to "rejuvenating the country and the people"， "enriching the country and the people" and then to "strengthening the country and the people"， thanks to the basic experience of Marxist localization theory in China， the overall leadership of the CPC， the popular nature of Marxist political parties， and the institutional advantages of concentrating the power to do great things， we have made great achievements in competitive sports， mass sports， school sports and sports industry. To speed up the construction of sports power， it is proposed to continue to strengthen the new national system， strengthen the mass sports with the higher level of national fitness system， strengthen the school sports by deepening the integration of physical education， and promote the high-quality development of sports industry with the real economy.

在党的二十大报告中，习近平总书记指出，“中国共产党的中心任务就是团结带领全国各族人民全面建成社会主义现代化强国、实现第二个百年奋斗目标，以中国式现代化全面推进中华民族伟大复兴”，并强调“广泛开展全民健身活动，加强青少年体育工作，促进群众体育和竞技体育全面发展，加快建设体育强国”［1］。……
