摘 要：职业教育培养出服务现代汽车行业发展需要的高素养的技能型人才，多渠道建设一支政治素质好、业务水平高、实践能力强的“双师型”教师队伍就显得尤为重要。职业教育汽修专业的发展离不开教师水平的提升，学校应开展多途径助力职业汽修教师的成长。通过社會和学校的助力，教师自身的成长，才能共同推动中职汽修专业职业教育快速发展。

Analysis of the Training Method of "Double-teacher" Teachers in the Use and Maintenance of Secondary Vocational Automobiles

Abstract：Vocational education cultivates high-quality skilled talents who serve the development needs of the modern automobile industry， and it is particularly important to build a "double-teacher" teaching team with good political quality， high professional level and strong practical ability through multiple channels. The development of vocational education auto repair profession is inseparable from the improvement of teachers' level， and schools should carry out multiple ways to help the growth of professional auto repair teachers. Through the help of society and schools， the growth of teachers themselves can jointly promote the rapid development of vocational education in secondary vocational auto repair.

加强中等职业院校汽车运用与维修专业双师型教师培养，是推动汽修专业职业教育发展的关键因素。只有拥有扎实理论知识与丰富企业实践经验的专业教师，才能培养出服务汽车行业发展需要的高素养的技能型人才。目前部分中等职业院校汽车运用与维修专业教师，来源于一毕业就直接进入学校工作的应届大学生，他们大多数缺少实际的汽车企业锻炼，这些教师对企业的实践技能需求掌握较为薄弱。提高职业院校汽车专业教师教学水平迫在眉睫。建设一支政治素质好、业务水平高、实践能力强的“双师型”教师队伍来说就显得尤为重要。建立健全贯穿教师职业生涯的“双师型”教师发展保障体系和培训体系，完善激励机制和考核机制，才能最终培养符合社会需求的职业人才。

1 组织培养，提供广泛培训机会

在新的职业教育法中，要求有关部门应当将职业教育教师的培养培训工作纳入教师队伍建设规划，保证职业教育教师队伍适应职业教育发展的需要，加强职业教育教师专业化培养培训。……
