老年人社区规范化护理服务满意度调查及影响因素研究

【摘要】目的：调查老年人对于社区规范化护理服务开展效果的满意度，分析相关影响因素。方法：调查1308名社区老年人对于社区规范化护理服务的满意程度，从多个方面分析老年人对护理服务不满意的原因和影响因素。结果：社区老年人总体满意度为83.87%。满意度优良的老年人中，受教育程度高、对社区护理的了解程度良好、对常见疾病的认知程度良好以及接受过健康教育的老年人比例高于满意度差的老年人（P<0.05）。结合多因素 Logistic 回归分析结果，提示对社区护理的了解程度差（OR=3.715）、对常见疾病的认知程度差（OR=4.022）、未接受健康教育（OR=4.187）、候诊时间长（OR=3.961）、医护人员服务态度差（OR=5.395）、医护人员技术水平低（OR=5.614）是导致老年人对护理服务满意度差的主要因素（P<0.05）。结论：开展社区规范化护理服务期间，通过对老年人护理满意度的调查，了解影响满意度的相关因素，从中发现护理工作中存在着健康教育不到位、医护人员服务态度差、医护人员技术水平低等问题，作出针对性改进。

Survey on the satisfaction of standardized community nursing service for the elderly and its influencing factors

【Abstract】Objective： To investigate the satisfaction of the elderly with the implementation of community standardized nursing services， and analyze the related influencing factors. Methods： To investigate 1308 community elderly peoples satisfaction with community standardized nursing services， and analyze the reasons and influencing factors of elderly peoples dissatisfaction with nursing services from many aspects. Results： The overall satisfaction of community elderly was 83.87%. Among the elderly with good satisfaction， the proportion of the elderly with high education level， good understanding of community nursing， good cognition of common diseases and health education was higher than that of the elderly with poor satisfaction（P<0.05）. Combining the results of multivariate Logistic regression analysis， The results suggested that poor understanding of community nursing （OR=3.715）， poor cognition of common diseases （OR=4.022）， lack of health education （OR=4.187）， long waiting time （OR=3.961）， poor service attitude of medical staff （OR=5.395） and low technical level of medical staff （OR=5.614） were The main factors leading to the poor satisfaction of the elderly with nursing services （P<0.05）. Conclusions： During the period of community standardized nursing service， through the survey of nursing satisfaction of the elderly， to understand the related factors affecting satisfaction， found that there are health education is not in place in nursing work， poor service attitude of medical staff， low technical level of medical staff problems， to make targeted improvement.

社區老年居民是高血压、冠心病、糖尿病等慢性疾病的高危人群，需要加强医疗保健[1]。社区卫生服务中心需要面向居民，提供疾病筛查、预防、治疗干预等基础的医疗服务，维护社区居民的身体健康。社区规范化护理服务的开展，能够结合患者对于疾病预防、康复治疗等方面的需求，针对各类常见疾病，实施健康管理，进行护理干预[2]。为老年居民提供社区规范化护理服务的过程中，关注其健康问题的同时，还要充分考虑其实际体验与感受，解决其实际需求。老年居民的护理满意度，可以作为评价社区规范化护理服务质量的重要指标。为了提高社区规范化护理服务水平，需要具体了解影响老年居民护理满意度的相关因素，针对老年居民不满意的护理环节进行改进[3]。
