摘 要 为儿童提供友好型服务是高校图书馆的社会责任之一。美国高校图书馆儿童服务实践由来已久，对其调研发现美国高校图书馆在政策制定、空间改造、活动开展等方面都融入“儿童友好”理念，归纳其值得借鉴的经验包括：完善政策，传播儿童友好理念;寻求内外部合作，整合资源;依据馆情开展适宜的儿童服务;重视宣传、监测、评估，及时调整服务实践。

Child-friendly Services of American Academic Libraries and Its Enlightenment

Abstract Providing Child-friendly services is one of the social responsibilities of academic libraries. Children’s services of American academic libraries have a long history. The research found that American academic libraries incorporate the concept of “Child-friendly” in policy formulation， space renovation and activity development. The lessons that are worth learning from include： perfecting policies and dissemination child-friendly concept; seek internal and external cooperation to integrate resources; develop appropriate child services according to the situation of the library; attach importance to publicity， monitoring， evaluation， and adjust service practices.

0 引言

联合国儿童基金会和联合国人居署于1996年发起儿童友好型城市倡议，倡议将儿童权利作为城市发展的核心要素，得到全球范围内许多国家的重视与响应。我国深圳、长沙、上海、武汉、杭州、北京等城市纷纷将建设儿童友好型城市提上日程，并从制度到实践进行积极探索[1]，儿童优先发展战略也成为国家“十四五”规划研究内容[2]。兒童的健康成长，关系到国家的未来和社会的和谐，而图书馆是滋养民族心灵、培育文化自信、推动全民阅读的重要场所，是儿童获取知识、健康成长的阅读场所。2019年，深圳率先发布《深圳市儿童友好型图书馆建设指引（试行）》[3]，明确了儿童友好型图书馆的定义：面向18岁以下儿童，以尊重并赋予儿童权利为基础，从室内外公共空间、阅读空间等方面，为全龄段儿童提供满足其阅读、探索需求的图书馆。
