【摘要】目的：对社区卫生服务中心数字化预防接种门诊中应用精细化核对方法的应用效果进行分析探究。方法：选取2018年1月—2020年1月收集的预防接种儿童1000例进行分析，按照精细化核对方法实施前后将其分为两组，分为对照组与观察组，其中对照组500例采用常规管理方式，观察组中500例实施精细化核对方法。对比精细化核对方法实施前后的预防接种门诊工作情况，包括疫苗接种的具体操作时间、差错发生率。结果：观察组患者的疫苗接种操作时间明显短于对照组，差异显著（P<0.05）；观察组的差错发生率明显低于对照组患者，差异显著（P<0.05）。结论：将精细化核对方法实施于社区卫生服务中心数字化预防接种门诊中，能有效减少工作中的差错发生，缩短小儿的接种时间，应用效果显著，值得推广。

Evaluation of the Application Effect of the Refined Check Method in the Digital Vaccination Clinic of the Community Health Service Center

【Abstract】Objective：To analyze and explore the application effect of the refined check method in the digital vaccination clinic of the community health service center.Methods：A total of 1，000 vaccinated children collected from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected for analysis.They were divided into two groups before and after the implementation of the refined check method.They were divided into the control group and the observation group.500 cases in the control group were managed by routine management，and 500 cases in the observation group were implemented refined check methods.Compared the vaccination outpatient work before and after the implementation of the refined check method，including the specific operation time of vaccination，the incidence of errors.Results：The vaccination operation time of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group，and the difference was significant （P<0.05）；The error rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group，and the difference was significant（P<0.05）.Conclusion：The implementation of the refined check method in the digital vaccination clinic of the community health service center can effectively reduce the occurrence of errors in their work，shorten the vaccination time of children.The application effect is significant and it is worthy of promotion.

兒童的预防接种属于我国的基本国策之一，该项措施的实施目的在于保证儿童的健康成长，为小儿的健康发育提供重要保障[1]。疫苗的接种还能促进小儿机体免疫力得到有效的提升，促进小儿机体抵抗力、免疫系统功能等方面的改善[2]。而随着如今人们生活水平的提升，对儿童健康的重视程度也在不断提升，许多家长都主动带着孩子到医院接种疫苗[3]。加上如今二胎、三胎政策的开放，小儿数量的不断增多，前往医院预防接种门诊接种的儿童数量也在不断增多，给医院预防接诊门诊的工作人员也带来了更大的挑战。……
