【摘 要】目的：对妇产科护理工作中一些常见不安全隐患作出深入分析，并提出可行性较高的防范措施。方法：选择2019年2月至2020年12月某院收治的妇产科患者120例来作为本次研究对象，将患者分为观察组、参照组两组。针对参照组提供的是常规基础护理，而对于观察组，则是在常规基础护理的基础上，增加安全隐患教育、采取有效的防范措施。对两组患者护理质量、满意度，还有不良事件的发生情况进行对比分析。结果：观察组患者不论是护理满意度，还是护理质量都要明显高于参照组，观察组的不良事件发生率也要低于参照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：通过对妇产科护理中可能存在的一些不安全隐患作出全面分析，并制定出针对性较强的防范措施，既有助于大幅度提升妇产科护理满意度、护理质量，也能够尽可能减少不良事件的发生。

Common unsafe hidden dangers in obstetrics and gynecology nursing and their preventive countermeasures

【Abstract】Objective： To make an in-depth analysis of some common unsafe hidden dangers in obstetrics and gynecology nursing work， and put forward feasible preventive measures. Methods： 120 obstetrics and gynecology patients treated in a hospital from February 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research object. The patients were divided into observation group and reference group. The reference group provided routine basic nursing，while the observation group increased safety hazard education and took effective preventive measures on the basis of routine basic nursing.The nursing quality， satisfaction and the occurrence of adverse events of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results： Both nursing satisfaction and nursing quality in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the reference group， and the incidence of adverse events in the observation group was also lower than that in the reference group（P<0.05）. Conclusion： Through a comprehensive analysis of some possible unsafe hidden dangers in obstetrics and gynecology nursing， and formulating targeted preventive measures， it can not only greatly improve the satisfaction and quality of obstetrics and gynecology nursing， but also reduce the occurrence of adverse events as much as possible.

妇产科与其他科室相比有一定的特殊性，主要是因為这一科室极易受到各类因素的影响，所以，在护理工作中可能存在的不安全隐患、面临的风险也相对较多。而若不给予足够重视，提前有效地规避这些不安全隐患，制定出针对性较强的防范措施，不仅极易引发护患纠纷，也会给患者的康复、医院发展带来不利影响。因此，必须要重视起妇产科护理工作中一些常见的不安全隐患并作出深入分析，并提出可行性较高的防范措施。
