【摘 要】目的：分析孕前医学检查对优生优育的积极效果和干预效性。方法：针对我院2021年1月至2021年8月期间收集的作孕前医学检查的夫妻560对作为观察对象，对560对夫妻实施孕前医学检查，分析其医学检查结果。结果：560对（1120例）夫妻在孕前醫学检查中检出内科疾病的发生率为4.91%（55例），检出传染性疾病的发生率为1.16%（13例），检出生殖系统疾病的发生率为3.66%（41例），主要包括生殖系统炎症24例、附件囊肿5例、生殖器畸形4例、子宫肌瘤5例（女性）；生殖器异常3例（男性）。结论：在临床中实施孕前医学检查的有效性较为显著，能更好的让夫妻双方明确自身的身体状态，积极的治愈疾病后达到优生优育的目的，提高人口质量水平。

Analysis on the positive effect of pre pregnancy medical examination on eugenics

【Abstract】Objective： To analyze the positive effect and intervention effectiveness of pre pregnancy medical examination on eugenics. Methods： 560 couples with pre pregnancy medical examination collected in our hospital from January 2021 to August 2021 were observed. 560 couples underwent pre pregnancy medical examination， and the medical examination results were analyzed. Results： In 560 couples （1120 cases）， the incidence of internal diseases was 4.91% （55 cases）， the incidence of infectious diseases was 1.16% （13 cases）， and the incidence of reproductive system diseases was 3.66% （41 cases）， mainly including 24 cases of reproductive system inflammation， 5 cases of accessory cyst， 4 cases of genital malformation and 5 cases of hysteromyoma （female）； 3 cases of genital abnormalities （male）. Conclusion： The effectiveness of pre pregnancy medical examination is more significant， which can better let both husband and wife know their physical state， actively cure diseases， achieve the purpose of eugenics and child rearing， and improve the level of population quality.

孕前医学检查随着强制婚检政策取消后，人们孕前医学检查的积极性和主动性显著降低，这种现象使得优生优育管理面临着较大的困境和问题，极易导致一系列传染性疾病、遗传性疾病的延续和传播，不利于人口质量水平的提高[1]。为了更好的达到优生优育的目的，临床中应积极开展孕前医学检查，为准父母提供全面、优质的孕前检查项目，对发现的疾病采用必要的医学干预手段，优化科学的孕前优生指导，最大程度上达到优生优育的目的[2]。为了分析孕前医学检查对优生优育的积极影响和干预效果，本院针对妇产科收集的560对（1120例）来源咨询孕前医学检查的夫妻展开了相应的观察及探究，详细报道如下。……
