Effect of blood glucose information management system of medical institutions conjoined on blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin levels of diabetic patients

[Abstract] Objective To explore the effect of blood glucose information management system of medical institutions conjoined on blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin levels of diabetic patients. Methods Sixty diabetic patients who were admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 before the application of blood glucose information management system of medical institutions conjoined were selected as the control group， while sixty patient who were admitted to our hospital from April 2019 to March 2020 after the application of blood glucose information management system of medical institutions conjoined were selected as the study group. The glycosylated hemoglobin （HbA1c）， fasting blood glucose （FPG）， 2-hour postprandial blood glucose （2 hPG）， dosage of insulin， per capita number of hypoglycemia， quality of life， and satisfaction score before and after the application of blood glucose information management system of medical institutions conjoined were compared between the two groups. Results The indicators of HbA1c， FPG， and 2 hPG in the study group after the application of blood glucose information management system of medical institutions conjoined were lower than those in the control group，with significant difference（P<0.05）. The dosage of insulin and per capita number of hypoglycemia in the study group after the application of blood glucose information management system of medical institutions conjoined were lower than those in the control group，with significant difference（P<0.05）. The quality of life and satisfaction score in the study group after the application of blood glucose information management system of medical institutions conjoined were higher than those in the control group，with significant difference（P<0.05）. Conclusion The application of blood glucose information management system of medical institutions conjoined has satisfactory effects in the management of diabetic patients， which can strengthen the management of blood glucose， reduce the levels of blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin， decrease the dosage of insulin， and improve the quality of life in diabetic patients. It is worthy of further clinical application.

随着经济的不断发展，人们的生活质量也在不断改进，再加上经济发展过程中环境污染给人们带来的不良影响，糖尿病的发病率逐渐上升，成为威胁人类健康的重要疾病[1]。糖尿病是一种终身性疾病，严重影响着患者日常生活。有研究显示，血糖长期波动是引起糖尿病血管病变的重要因素，因此对糖尿病患者进行长期科学的疾病管理是临床关注的重点[2-3]。血糖信息化管理系统是一种糖尿病管理模式，随着医联体的完善，其联合系统应用是否能取得更有效的结果。本研究旨在探讨医联体血糖信息化管理系统对糖尿病患者血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平的影响，现报道如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1一般资料

选取2018年3月至2019年3月我院未实施医联体血糖信息化管理系统前收治的60例糖尿病患者作为对照组，同时选取2019年4月至2020年3月我院实施医联体血糖信息化管理系统后收治的60例糖尿病患者作为研究组。对照组男40例，女20例，年龄16～76岁，平均（45.5±8.5）岁，病程1.1～7.2年，平均（4.2±1.5）年，1型糖尿病11例，2型糖尿病49例。研究组男38例，女22例，年龄15～75岁，平均（45.8±9.0）岁，病程1.2～7.5年，平均（4.5±1.0）年，1型糖尿病10例，2型糖尿病50例。两组患者的一般资料比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05），具有可比性。所有患者自愿参加本研究并签署知情同意书，且本研究符合医院医学伦理学标准。

纳入标准：①符合1999年世界卫生组织对于糖尿病的诊断标准;②患者精神、意识无障碍能够配合完成研究;③患者及家属知情本研究。……
