摘要 基于DSPSEE-THQPF，分析了新冠肺炎疫情一级和二级响应等级下农业稳产保供方面存在的主要问题以及农业职业教育在疫情时代的表现，从管理体制改革、优势资源整合、推进升本改革、聚焦办学主业、试点制度改革5个方面提出了农业职业教育改革对策，应聚焦高素质职业农民培养，突显涉农职业院校农业职业教育的特色，积极创新人才培养模式，启动产、教、研、推一体化的本科层次农业职业院校建设，对未来高素质农民培养、“职教20条”背景下农业职业教育改革和高职农业类专业人才培养模式创新均具有一定的参考价值。

Countermeasures of Agricultural Vocational Education Reform in Post Epidemic Prevention and Control Era Based on DSPSEE-THQPF

Abstract This paper analyzed the main problems of agricultural stable production and protection and agricultural vocational education performance in the epidemic era at the level of novel coronavirus pneumonia’s first and two level response based on DSPSEE-THQPF.The reform countermeasures of agricultural vocational education were put forward from five aspects： management system reform， integration of superior resources， promotion of the reform of upgrading university， focusing on the main business of running a school， and reform of the pilot system.Agricultural vocational education should focus on the cultivation of high-quality professional farmers， highlight the characteristics of agricultural vocational education in agricultural vocational colleges， actively innovate personnel training mode， and start the construction of agricultural vocational colleges at undergraduate level with integrating production， teaching， research and promotion.It had a certain reference value for the reform of agricultural vocational education under the background of “20 vocational education”， the innovation of training mode of agricultural professionals in higher vocational colleges and the cultivation of high-quality farmers in the future.
