摘 要 学生公寓是高等学校管理和培养学生不可或缺的阵地之一，随着我国高校宿舍管理以及育人作用的日益凸显，对其体制机制以及方式方法的研究与实践，成为高校学生工作的重要课题。本文旨在通过对高校学生公寓管理方法和育人路径的详细探索和具体實践，在保证学生公寓基础管理要求的基础上，充分体现高校公寓育人无声的培养作用。

Abstract Student apartment is one of the indispensable positions for the management and training of students in colleges and universities. With the increasingly prominent role of dormitory management and education in colleges and universities in China， the research and practice of its system， mechanism， methods and methods has become an important topic in the work of college students. This paper aims to fully reflect the silent training role of college apartment education on the basis of ensuring the basic management requirements of student apartment through the detailed exploration and specific practice of college student apartment management methods and education paths.

1 高校学生公寓建设的重要性

随着学生公寓的影响和作用慢慢渗透到大学生的日常生活之中，公寓已经成为高校管理和教育的重要阵地。高校学生公寓管理和育人路径的研究与实践成效体现在包括学生管理工作、学校精神文明建设工作、学生素养行为培养工作、思想政治教育、心理疏导、校园危机处理在内的各项学生工作的方方面面。充分发挥学生公寓的育人潜力，是高校教育综合改革的充分体现。高等学校打造好公寓文化阵地，也成了三全育人改革的重要过程。

2 高等学校公寓建设的路径探索

2.1 重视组织制度建设

重视学生公寓的组织制度建设关系到学生公寓发展的根本性和稳定性，高校学生公寓的建设过程与公寓管理制度本身密不可分。一切改革都需要有制度作为基本遵循，重视学生公寓的组织制度建设，是推动工作提质增效的基础，更是三全育人改革过程中系统性、科学性思维性的完美展现。……
