【摘 要】目的：探究对于门诊老年患者，要减少不合理用药情况，在药剂科采用PDCA循环管理法的效果。方法：本研究共1000例研究对象，均为门诊处方，我院于2018年7月实施药剂科PDCA循环管理法，500例在这之前的门诊处方为对照组，另500例在这之后的门诊处方为研究组，所有门诊处方均选自2017年3月至2019年12月。比较分析两组药方的不合理用药情况、每张药方的取药时间和药品管理情况以及患者的用药满意度。结果：在不合理用药发生率上，研究组明显低于对照组；在药品有效使用率、药品去向明确率上，研究组明显高于对照组；在取药时间以及药品不合格报损率上，研究组明显短于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：在药剂科采用PDCA循环管理法的效果好，可以有效改善药品的管理质量。

The effect of PDCA cycle management in the pharmacy department on the medication of elderly patients

【Abstract】Objective：To explore the effect of PDCA cycle management in the pharmacy department to reduce irrational use of drugs for elderly patients in outpatient clinics.Methods：There are a total of 1000 subjects in this study， all of which are outpatient prescriptions. Our hospital implemented the PDCA cycle management method in the pharmacy department in July 2018. 500 outpatient prescriptions before this were used as the control group， and the other 500 outpatient prescriptions after this were the study group， all outpatient prescriptions were selected from March 2017 to December 2019. Comparative analysis of the irrational drug use of the two groups， the time of taking each prescription， the management of the drugs， and the satisfaction of patients with the drugs were compared and analyzed.Results：The incidence of irrational drug use in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group； In terms of effective drug use rate and clear drug direction rate， the study group was significantly higher than the control group； The study group was significantly shorter than the control group in the time of taking drugs and the rate of unqualified loss reporting（P<0.05）.Conclusion：PDCA cycle management method in pharmacy department has good effect and can effectively improve the quality of drug management.

藥剂科主要是医院为患者提供治疗药物的部门，对患者的用药安全有重要的影响[1]。特别是对于老年患者，基础疾病比较多，身体素质比较差，如果出现药物使用错误很容易导致患者出现各种不良反应，影响患者的治疗效果，导致医患纠纷，耽误患者疾病的康复以及降低医院的医疗质量[2]。因此，采用有效的管理办法提高对药剂科的管理质量，减少不合理用药的发生，对患者的治疗有重要的意义[3]。PDCA循环管理法是一种近年来在各个领域使用十分广泛的一种管理办法，并且取得了很好的管理效果，在药剂科当中使用可以帮助有效进行相关的管理活动，对药剂科的工作进行科学的管理，不断提高管理质量，保证患者合理、安全用药[4]。……
