【摘 要】目的：探索苯磺酸氨氯地平联合厄贝沙坦治疗老年高血压的临床应用价值。方法：选择在我院治疗的老年高血压患者进行研究，病例数50例，时间2018年1月至2019年12月，采用数字随机法1：1分成对照组（苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗，n=25）和观察组（苯磺酸氨氯地平+厄贝沙坦治疗，n=25），观察两组患者血压变化、治疗效果。结果：治疗后观察组患者收缩压、舒张压优于对照组，数值对比意义明显（P<0.05）。观察组、对照组治疗有效率分别为96.00%、80.00%，数据统计价值存在（P<0.05）。结论：苯磺酸氨氯地平联合厄贝沙坦治疗老年高血压效果较为明显，安全性良好，具有临床推广意义。

Clinical effect of amlodipine besylate combined with irbesartan in elderly patients with hypertension

【Abstract】Objective：To explore the clinical value of amlodipine besylate combined with irbesartan in the treatment of senile hypertension. Methods：50 elderly patients with hypertension treated in our hospital were studied. From January 2018 to December 2019，they were randomly divided into control group （amlodipine besylate treatment，n=25） and observation group （amlodipine besylate + irbesartan treatment，n=25）. The changes of blood pressure and treatment effects of the two groups were observed. Results：after treatment， the systolic and diastolic blood pressure in the observation group were better than those in the control group （P<0.05）. The effective rates of the observation group and the control group were 96.00% and 80.00% respectively，the statistical value of the data was significant（P<0.05）.Conclusion： Amlodipine Besylate combined with irbesartan is effective and safe in the treatment of elderly hypertension.

高血壓是一种常见心血管疾病，常见于老年群体，患者患病后临床症状较为明显，常见心悸、乏力、头晕、头痛、胸闷等，患者需要及时治疗，如果患者无法长期控制血压，将可能引起患者出现多种并发症，尤其是心、脑、肾等，威胁患者身体健康，甚至严重时可能导致患者死亡[1]。本研究以我院治疗的老年高血压50例患者为研究对象，采用数字随机法1：1分成两组，观察不同治疗方式的临床效果。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

本研究以我院治疗的老年高血压50例患者为研究对象，2018年1月至2019年12月，采用数字随机法1：1分成两组。对照组25例，男12例，女13例，年龄53岁～88岁，平均年龄（68.45±2.18）岁；观察组25例，男13例，女12例，年龄55岁～86岁，平均年龄（68.38±2.25）岁。纳入标准：全部患者均满足高血压诊断标准；排除标准：患者存在精神障碍；两组患者基线资料数据无明显差异性（P>0.05），符合研究要求。

1.2 方法

1.2.1 对照组 对照组选择苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗，患者口服药物，每日一次，每次5mg，清晨6时～8时之间服药，连续服药三个月。
