【摘 要】目的：研究基层医院2型糖尿病患者二甲双胍联合西格列汀的临床疗效。方法：选取基层医院2020年3月至2021年3月收治的2型糖尿病患者136例作为研究对象，依据双盲分组方式分为研究组和对比组，每组患者各68例，对比组患者经盐酸二甲双胍片治疗，研究组患者经盐酸二甲双胍片联合西格列汀片治疗，对比两组患者的各项指标变化。结果：研究组的空腹血糖、餐后2小时血糖均低于对比组，空腹胰岛素水平和治疗有效率均高于对比组，统计学分析对比差异显著（P<0.05），不同组别下不良反应发生率不具统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论：基层医院2型糖尿病患者在使用二甲双胍和西格列汀联合治疗下的临床疗效显著，可给予临床应用。

Clinical efficacy study of metformin combined with sitagliptin in patients with type 2 diabetes in primary hospitals

【Abstract】Objective： To study the clinical efficacy of metformin combined with sitagliptin in patients with type 2 diabetes in primary hospitals.Methods： A total of 136 patients with type 2 diabetes who were admitted to primary hospitals from March 2020 to March 2021 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into study group and control group according to the double-blind grouping method， with 68 patients in each group. Patients in the control group received metformin hydrochlorideTablet treatment， patients in the study group were treated with metformin hydrochloride tablets combined with sitagliptin tablets， and the changes in various indicators of the two groups of patients were compared.Results： The fasting blood glucose and 2-hour postprandial blood glucose in the study group were lower than those in the control group， and the fasting insulin level and the treatment effective rate were higher than those in the control group. The differences were statistically significant（P<0.05），while the incidence of adverse reactions in different groups was not statistically significant（P>0.05）.Conclusion：The clinical efficacy of metformin and sitagliptin combined treatment for type 2 diabetes patients in primary hospitals is significant， which can be given clinical application.

糖尿病屬于代谢类疾病范畴内，2型糖尿病在糖尿病症中占比可高达85%以上，以高血糖指标为主要临床表现，常伴随不同程度的胰岛素抵抗，现阶段，临床治疗2型糖尿病仍以药物治疗为主，为此，本文针对基层医院2型糖尿病患者二甲双胍联合西格列汀的临床疗效进行研究分析，详见下文所示。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

选取基层医院2020年3月至2021年3月收治的2型糖尿病患者136例作为研究对象，依据双盲分组方式分为研究组和对比组，每组患者各68例，全部患者均经临床诊断并确诊为2型糖尿病且无合并其它全身性慢性疾病，患者均签署我基层医院知情同意书。研究组，男38例，女30例，年龄57岁～83岁，平均年龄（71.12±3.45）岁，病程2年～7年，平均病程（4.12±0.74）年；对比组，男37例，女31例，年龄56岁～85岁，平均年龄（74.33±0.65）岁，病程3年～8年，平均病程（4.62±0.86）年，两组患者一般资料经对比无统计学价值（P>0.05），具显著临床可比性。
