【摘 要】目的：探讨和分析肌骨超声在创伤性浅表软组织损伤中的临床疗效效果。方法：选择2019年1月至2020年6月在我院接受诊断的180例创伤性浅表软组织损伤症状患者为对象，展开此次临床研究。在大数据的参与下，针对研究要求，将所有的研究对象使用数字随机分配的方法将患者分成各90例的参考组与研究组。依据以前的经验，决定采用以MRI诊断参考组的患者，以肌骨超声诊断对创伤性浅表软组织损伤症状的研究组患者进行诊断。从患者的诊断性临床效果方面分析，对其中韧带损伤检出率、囊性肿块检出率、肌肉损伤检出率和肌腱损伤检出率等方面进行比较研究。结果：接受肌骨超声诊断对创伤性浅表软组织损伤症状诊断的研究组患者，相对于接受MRI的参考组患者而言，其更加的富有效率。结论：对于创伤性浅表软组织损伤症状这样的疾病，采用肌骨超声诊断这样的方式进行诊断，可以在很大的程度上迅速检测患者的临床症状，达到一定的医疗效果。此种方式值得临床的提倡。

【Abstract】Objective：To investigate and analyze the clinical effect of musculoskeletal ultrasound in traumatic superficial soft tissue injury. Methods：From January 2019 to June 2020，180 patients with traumatic superficial soft tissue injury symptoms in our hospital were selected as the subjects for this clinical study.With the participation of big data，according to the research requirements，all subjects were divided into reference group and research group with 90 cases in each group by digital random allocation method.Based on previous experience，we decided to use MRI to diagnosis reference group of patients，with musculoskeletal ultrasound diagnosis of traumatic superficial soft tissue injury symptoms of patients in the research group were diagnosed.From the aspect of diagnostic clinical effect，the detection rate of ligament injury，cystic mass， muscle injury and tendon in jurywere compared.Results：Patients in the research group who received musculoskeletal ultrasound diagnosis for the diagnosis of traumatic superficial soft tissue injury symptoms were more efficient than those in the reference group who received MRI.Conclusion：For traumatic superficial soft tissue injury symptoms such diseases， the use of musculoskeletal ultrasound diagnosis of such a way to diagnose，can quickly detect the clinical symptoms of patients to a large extent，to achieve a certain medical effect. This method is worthy of clinical promotion.

創伤性浅表软组织损伤主要的症状特点就是自身的肌腱、软组织、韧带、肌肉群出现一些损伤症状，其疾病的发作已经显著地影响着正常的行动。在医学界，采用肌骨超声的方式是目前该疾病主要的检测手段，具有基本的医学造福意义。为了在临床的阶段去进一步地解决它，为患者造福，需要进行医学的广泛探究。……
