【摘 要】目的：针对优质护理方法在PICC导管肿瘤内科患者护理中的方法探究。方法：在我院2020年6月至2021年5月期间PICC导管肿瘤内科患者中随机选取180名患者，分为两组，每组各90名，常规组采用常规护理方法，观察组进行优质服务护理；观察分析两组术后对治疗的顺从性以及并发症的情况。结果：观察组患者对术后治疗的顺从性为98.89%，并发症的发生率为8.89%，效果均优于常规组。结论：优质护理方法在PICC导管肿瘤内科患者护理中的效果显著提高，大大减少并发症的发生。

Exploration on high quality nursing methods of PICC catheter in oncology department

【Abstract】Objective： To explore the role of high-quality nursing methods in the nursing of patients in PICC catheter oncology department. Methods： From June 2020 to may2021 ，180 patientsin PICC catheter oncology department were randomly divided into two groups ，with 90 patients in each group. The routine group received routine nursing and the observation group received high-quality nursing； The compliance to treatment and complications of the two groups were observed and analyzed. Results： the compliance of patients in the observation group to postoperative treatment was 98.9%， and the incidence of complications was 8.9%，the effect was better than that of the routine group. Conclusion： the effect of high-quality nursing method in the nursing of patients with PICC catheter oncology department is significantly improved and the occurrence of complications is greatly reduced.

目前，惡性肿瘤的治疗方法较少，化疗是临床上常用也是最主要的治疗手段，但长期治疗后会给患者带来严重的疼痛以及各种不可逆的机体损伤和精神创伤等。因此，通过外周静脉穿刺（PICC）进行中心静脉置管引起了广泛关注[1-2]。本研究分析了PICC置管治疗肿瘤患者的方法，以探讨优质治疗护理方法的可行性。现报告如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

选取在我院2020年6月至2021年5月期间PICC导管肿瘤内科的580名患者中选取180名患者，随机分为不同的两组，常规组90例，采用常规护理方法，其中男60例，女30例，年龄28岁～69岁，平均年龄（48.56±4.38）岁；观察组90例患者是在常规护理的基础上进行优质护理，男45例，女45例，年龄34岁～76岁，平均年龄（50±3.92）岁。本次收入病人的标准为：①经过系统检查后，确诊为对应的肿瘤症状；②所有患者均知情且自愿加入，并签有知情同意书；③不携带其他重大疾病。以及本次的排除准则为：①包含其他多种重大疾病的患者②患有精神异常或有精神疾病史的患者。……
