【摘 要】目的：探究达英-35在药物诱导排卵治疗多囊卵巢综合征不孕中的作用。方法：选择2018年12月至2020年12月期间收治的84例多囊卵巢综合征不孕患者，对照组患者（42例）直接进行药物诱导排卵治疗，试验组患者（42例）使用达英-35治疗的同时进行药物诱导排卵治疗，观察两组患者治疗前后B超检查结果改善情况，比较两组患者排卵率、卵泡黄素化未破裂综合征（LUFS）发生率及怀孕率。结果：两组患者卵巢体积较治疗前明显缩小，卵泡数明显减少，试验组患者卵巢体积明显小于对照组，卵泡数明显少于对照组（P<0.05）；试验组患者排卵率、受孕率显著高于对照组，LUFS发生率明显低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：达英-35在药物诱导排卵治疗多囊卵巢综合征不孕中，能够有效改善患者临床体征，提高患者排卵率及妊娠率。

Analysis of the effect of Diane-35 in the treatment of infertility with polycystic ovary syndrome by drug-induced ovulation

【Abstract】Objective： To explore the role of Diane-35 in the treatment of infertility with polycystic ovary syndrome by drug-induced ovulation.Methods： A total of 84 infertile patients with polycystic ovary syndrome admitted from December 2018 to December 2020 were selected. The patients in the control group （42 cases） were directly treated with drug-induced ovulation. The patients in the experimental group（42 cases） were treated with Diane-35 and drug-induced ovulation at the same time.Observing the improvement of the B-ultrasound results of the two groups of patients before and after treatment， and comparing the ovulation rate， the incidence of luteinizedunrupturedfollicle syndrome（LUFS） and the pregnancy rate of the two groups of patients.Results：The ovarian volume of the two groups was significantly smaller than before treatment， and the number of follicles was significantly reduced. The ovarian volume of the test group was significantly smaller than that of the control group， and the number of follicles was significantly less than that of the control group （P<0.05）；The ovulation rate and conception rate of the test group were significantly higher than those of the control group， and the incidence of LUFS was significantly lower than that of the control group （P<0.05）.Conclusion：Diane-35 can effectively improve patients clinical signs and ovulation rate and pregnancy rate in the treatment of infertility with polycystic ovary syndrome by drug-induced ovulation.

多囊卵巢綜合征是一种以高雄激素、无排卵以及胰岛素抵抗为特征的内分泌及代谢疾病，也是引起女性无排卵不孕症的常见原因之一[1]，严重影响女性的身心健康及家庭幸福。枸橼酸氯米芬是治疗多囊卵巢综合征不孕症的首选药物，具有刺激排卵和促进卵泡生长的效果，取得了一定的治疗效果，但部分患者治疗后效果并不理想[2]，为强化治疗效果，我院对达英-35在药物诱导排卵治疗多囊卵巢综合征不孕中的作用展开探究，总结如下。

1 资料和方法

1.1 临床资料

选择2018年12月至2020年12月期间收治的84例多囊卵巢综合征不孕患者进行实验观察，根据患者的意愿对患者进行分组，分为对照组和试验组各42例。对照组，年龄25岁～37岁，平均年龄（28.90±3.14）岁，不孕年限2年～10年，平均年限（4.52±1.07）年；试验组，年龄24岁～38岁，平均年龄（28.35±3.46）岁，不孕年限2年～10年，平均年限（4.63±1.12）年，两组资料平衡性良好（P>0.05）。
