【摘 要】目的：探讨彩色多普勒超声波的作用，以及对妊高症胎儿各个状况的诊断价值。方法：在我院2020年2月至2021年2月期间选择100例妊高症胎儿宫内窘迫的孕产妇进行研究探讨，将其中50例设为对照组，采用普通彩色超声波进行孕产检查；另外50例为观察组，采用彩色多普勒超声进行诊断。通过对胎儿心率快慢、脐带绕颈、妊高症胎儿窘迫等进行诊断，在两组的对比当中探究彩色多普勒超声的应用价值。结果：在实验探讨中发现观察组对各项指标的诊断正确率高于对照组，其中胎儿宫内窘迫诊断符合率高达96%，心率、绕颈诊断符合率更是达到100%。结论：从诊断符合率来看彩色多普勒超声波应用非常值得推广，可以对孕产妇的临床相关诊断提供更准确的依据，为孕产妇检查、生产、产后诊断提供良好帮助。

The value of Color Doppler ultrasonography in the diagnosis of fetal distress in pregnancy induced hypertension

【Abstract】Objective： to explore the role of color doppler ultrasound， as well as the diagnostic value of variousfetal pregnancy induced hypertension. Methods： from February 2020 to February 2020，100 pregnant and parturient women with fetal distress due to pregnancy induced hypertension （Pih） were selected and studied. 50 pregnant and parturient women were selected as the control group ；The other 50 cases were the observation group ，which were diagnosed by color doppler ultrasound. Through the diagnosis of fetal heart rate， umbilical cord around neck， fetal distress of pregnancy induced hypertension， to explore the application value of color doppler ultrasound in comparison between the two groups.Results： It was found that the rate of correct diagnosis of the observation group was higher than that of the control group，In which the rate of correct diagnosis of fetal distress was 96% ， and the rate of correct diagnosis of fetal heart rate and umbilical cord around neck was 100% . Conclusion： The application of Color doppler ultrasound is worth popularizing from the diagnosis coincidence rate， which can providea more accurate basis for the clinical diagnosis of pregnant and lying-in women， and provide good help for the examination， delivery and post-natal diagnosis of pregnant and lying-in women.

孕產期间是女人特殊的阶段，在这个阶段中母体发生着各种变化，容易引发一些孕产期疾病，如妊高症。妊高症是孕产期间的特殊病症，也就是女人怀孕期间的高血压，严重威胁着孕产妇和胎儿的生命安全。一旦不注重观察，不做好防护措施就会引起胎儿宫内窘迫，造成围产儿死亡，对于母体来说也是有巨大伤害的，需要妇产科的医护人员做好相应的防范，提前做好诊断，为每一个孕产妇提供个性化的保障方案，确保产妇在合适的时间点上采用合适的分娩方式，保障母体与胎儿的健康与安全。……
