【摘 要】目的：探究无保护会阴技术对产妇及经产妇分娩产程及产后疼痛的影响。方法：选取2019年9月至2020年9月的产妇88例为对象，平均分成两组，即参照组、研究组，各44例，参照组在入院后采用常规护理，研究组应用无保护会阴技术护理，对比护理效果。结果：研究组产妇第一产程、第二产程时间、胎儿窘迫率、新生儿窒息率、产后疼痛程度均优于参照组（P<0.05）。结论：产妇实施无保护会阴技术护理，护理效果显著。

【Abstract】Objective：To explore the effect of unprotected perineum technology on delivery process and postpartum pain.Methods：The 88pregnant women were divided into two groups， namely reference group， research group，with44 casesin each group， thereference group after admission using routine nursing， and the study groupusingunprotected perineum nursing，the nursing effects were compared.Results： Thetime of the first labor period，thesecond labor time， fetal distress rate， neonatal asphyxia rate and the postpartum paininthe study group were better thanthose inthe reference group，P<0.05. Conclusion： the implementation of unprotected perineal technical nursing has a significant nursing effect.

无保护会阴助产技术为临床长常见分娩技术，在分娩过程中配合实施无保护会阴技术护理，有效预防会阴撕裂与会阴侧切，缓解产后疼痛，具有显著护理效果[1]。本文将以近年来88例产妇为对象开展研究，详细如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

选取2019年9月至2020年9月的产妇88例为对象，参照组44例，研究组44例。参照组，年龄19岁～36岁，平均年龄（27.64±4.34）岁，孕周37周～42周，平均孕周（39.12±1.16）周，初产妇22例，经产妇22例。研究组，年龄是22岁～37岁，平均年龄（27.97±4.23）岁，孕周38周～42周，平均孕周（39.56±1.23）周，初产妇21例，经产妇23例。研究组与参照组的资料进行比較，P>0.05。

1.2 方法

1.2.1 参照组为常规护理；讲述分娩知识，给予产妇鼓励与支持，密切关注产程变化。

1.2.2 研究组为无保护会阴技术护理：（1）产妇在入院以后，助产士需热情、积极接待产妇，向产妇讲述住院有关知识，包括医疗技术、住院环境等，辅助产妇开展产前检查，详细讲述各项检查方法与目的，缓解紧张情绪，并取得产妇的信任。（2）在分娩中，保护产妇的个人隐私，助产士与产妇保持沟通交流，并转移注意力，引导产妇，采用正确呼吸。在……
