【摘  要】在国家教育改革的大背景下，我国的学前教育事业呈现出一派繁荣的景象，学前教育逐渐成了我国教育体系中的重要组成。但是在学前教育事业的发展过程中仍旧存在诸多问题，特别是由于地域与城乡之间的差距而导致的学前教育非均衡发展问题备受教育界的关注。基于此，本文首先分析了幼儿教育非均衡发展的现状，并重点提出了幼儿教育非均衡发展问题的解决措施，以供参考。

The Current Situation and Solutions of Unbalanced Development of Early Childhood Education

【Abstract】In the context of the national education reform， my countrys preschool education has shown a prosperous scene， and preschool education has gradually become an important part of my countrys education system. However， there are still many problems in the development of preschool education， especially the unbalanced development of preschool education caused by the gap between regions and urban and rural areas has attracted the attention of the education circle. Based on this， this article first analyzes the status quo of the unbalanced development of early childhood education， and puts forward the solutions to the problem of unbalanced development of early childhood education for reference.

一、幼兒教育非均衡发展的现状分析

（一）由经济发展差异所引发的幼儿教育非均衡发展现状

经济发展差异普遍存在我国的各省市城乡教育中，因农村与城镇之间的经济条件发展差异，会在一定程度上限制村镇地区的学前教育事业发展。因幼儿教育并非属于义务教育的范畴之内，农村幼儿想要上幼儿园便需要承担更多教育资源支出，导致农村家庭普遍会推迟幼儿的入园时间，从而影响了农村学前机构幼儿的入园率。其次，城乡经济发展差异的问题，还直接影响着幼儿园办园数量的多少、幼儿园办学规模的大小，从而间接加剧了幼儿教育非均衡发展的问题。

（二）由教学资源差异所引发的幼儿教育非均衡发展现状

经过调查发现，我国幼儿教育中存在较为明显的教学资源差异问题，如物质条件差异，其具体体现在城乡幼儿教育机构的建设设施、活动场地、绿化面积、玩教具设备以及基本设施（如电视、书架）等方面。……
