摘要：随着我国大力推进改革开放，自动化设计因为其灵活的运用已经融入到我国诸多的行业和企业发展当中，特别是在很多汽车先相关的零件设计中电气设计与自动化设计的发展。因此，本文针对电气设计和自动化设计在汽车相关部件设计方面的融合发展和信息交流方式做出适当调整，旨在实现机电一体化。笔者通过多年对机电设计和自动化相对理论和技术的研究，通过自身多年实践工作经验，对其融合发展提出了更新的发展方向和对策研究。

Abstract： With the vigorous promotion of reform and opening up in China， automatic design has been integrated into the development of many industries and enterprises in China because of its flexible application， especially in the development of electrical design and automatic design in many automobile related parts design. Therefore， this paper makes appropriate adjustments for the integrated development and information exchange mode of electrical design and automation design in the design of automobile related components， in order to realize mechatronics. Through many years of research on the relative theory and technology of electromechanical design and automation， and through many years of practical work experience， the author puts forward new development directions and Countermeasures for its integrated development.

0  引言

在大多数人的理解当中，工程设计对于电气和自动化的设计是由专门不同的两方面专业人才来进行配合和协调完成的，对于这两方面的专业知识，其实在多数理论和实践基础研究中都表明，在汽车内燃机和发动机方面两者有大部分可以融合的发展方向，并且在工程完成之后的安装调试验收，運行管理等等各方面要求也有相似点和共通之处。因此，我们可以从这一方面作为切入点，设计研究关于电气设计与自动化设计的融合发展方向，广泛吸纳这样多方位发展人才和专业人士进行实地实践。

1  电气设计与自动化设计的基本概述

1.1 电气设计和自动化设计的专业特征  在电气设计方面，更多的专业从事人员考虑方向，用电设备的实际耗能量和具体分布位置是从用户要求以及设备性能等各方面硬件要求出发的。……
