[摘    要]探讨失效模式与效应改善压力表计量检定流程的具体实施措施。借助失效模式与效应模式对压力表计量检定中存在的问题以及相应的解决对策进行分析，计算失效危害指数并依照危害指数制定改革方案。经过改善多数失效问题得到解决，压力表计量检定流程得到完善，压力表计量检定覆盖率100.00 %。借助失效模式与效应能够改善压力表计量检定流程，使检定方案简便高效，具有积极价值。

[Abstract]Objective： To discuss the specific implementation measures of failure modes and effects to improve the measurement and verification process of pressure gauges. Method： Analyze the problems in the measurement verification of pressure gauges and the corresponding solutions with the help of failure modes and effect modes， calculate the failure hazard index and formulate a reform plan according to the hazard index. Results： After improvement， most of the failure problems were solved， the pressure gauge measurement verification process was improved， and the pressure gauge measurement verification utilization rate was 100.00%. Conclusion： With the help of failure modes and effects， the measurement verification process of pressure gauges can be improved， making the verification scheme simple and efficient， and has positive value.

1 概述

压力表作为常规计量设备，较多在高压氧气舱或者氧气室、消毒供应室等医疗场所使用外，在锅炉、压力管道以及水路或者气路运输管线中也是必须使用的。该设备能够直接显示管线各个位置或者不同环节内压力水平情况，能够发挥监测对应的医疗设备或者水、电、气管线安全的重要作用。因此压力表显示数据的准确性对于设备正常运行以及管线安全发挥至关重要的作用，一旦压力表在工作中失去应有的作用，很可能引发爆炸事故，危害生命安全的同时也会对企业以及社会带来一定的经济损失，那么对于压力表的定期检测是必不可少的。依照国家相应的法律法规要求，压力表属于一种强制检验测定计量器具，使用6个月就必须进行一次检定，如不能依照法律法规进行检定或者使用期限超时则需承担相应的后果。……
