摘要：以广东省肇庆市为研究地点，选择‘月月粉Rosa chinensis ‘Old blush、‘月月红R. chinensis ‘Slaters Crimson、‘玉玲珑R. chinesis ‘Yu Ling Long、‘绿萼R. chinensis ‘Viridiflora、‘紫荷R. chinensis ‘Zi He 5种当地生长良好的中国古老月季作为研究对象，通过观测其形态特征、生长習性并结合适应性分析与案例分析，确定其可尝试以花灌木、灌木球、绿篱等形式用于营造花境、花坛绿化、道路绿化及组团绿化。

Abstract： Researching in Zhaoqing City， Guangdong Province， this thesis chooses five Chinese old garden roses， including Rosa chinensis ‘Old blush， R. chinensis ‘Slaters Crimson， R. chinensis ‘Yu Ling Long， R. chinensis ‘Viridiflora and R. chinensis ‘Zi He， to observe their morphological characters and growth habits. Connecting with cases and adaptability analysis， the results show that they are suit to be used as shrub and hedge in the landscape of flower border， flower bed， highway greening and group landscape.

中国古老月季是指1867年之前在中国培育出的月季品种[1]。作为中国十大名花之一，古老月季在国内观赏花卉栽培史上占据重要地位，其叶秀、花大、色艳、香浓的特点深受人们喜爱;花枝柔软下垂，符合中国人“含蓄”“芳华内敛”的审美观;其因多季连续开花的习性被赋予“四季长春”的美好寓意，为文人墨客所吟咏描画，留下宝贵的文化遗产。中国古老月季也是现代月季的重要亲本。近代以来，西方育种家将‘月月粉Rosa chinensis ‘Old Blush、‘月月红R. chinensis ‘Slaters Crimson、淡黄香水月季R. odorata var. ochroleuca、香水月季R. odorata等种类（含种下单位，下同）与犬蔷薇R. canina、复伞房蔷薇R. brunonii等蔷薇属植物反复杂交，培育出大量丰花、抗性强的现代月季品种，现今园林绿化中常用的‘光谱R. chinensis ‘Spectra、‘大游行R. chinensis ‘Parade、‘安吉拉R. chinensis ‘Angela等品种均属此类[1～7]。然而中国古老月季品种在近代大量流失海外甚至彻底失传，今少量保留下来的品种主要种植于植物园、高校及育种公司，并在民间园艺爱好者中传播，但很少用于城市园林造景。本文通过研究分析5种中国古老月季的生长习性和形态特征，从而确定其可能的园林造景方式，以求在保留种质资源的同时，拓展古老月季的应用范围。……
