摘要：随着国土空间规划体系正式建立和高质量发展时代来临，风景园林规划与设计相关领域也出现了新的发展动向：公众参与逐渐走进国内大众视野。公众参与地理信息系统（PPGIS）作为连接公众和空间规划与设计的技术桥梁具有重大研究意义。分析了PPGIS理论体系及研究现状，初步构想了PPGIS在风景园林规划与设计中的应用及研究内容：空间数据获取及量化分析、过程监控及后评估、可视化人机交互技术、面向实施的公众参与和多元创新机制等，并提出存在问题和发展方向。

Abstract： With the establishment of territorial spatial planning system and the era of high-quality development， new development trends have emerged in the related fields of landscape planning and design， that is， public participation has gradually entered the domestic public vision. Public Participation Geographic Information System （PPGIS） is of great research significance as a technical bridge connecting the public and spatial planning and design. This paper analyzes the theoretical system and research status of PPGIS， discusses the application way and research content of PPGIS， including spatial data quantitative analysis， post occupancy evaluation， visual human-computer interaction technology and implementation-oriented public participation and multiple innovation mechanisms， and finally puts forward existing problems and development directions.

我国已全面进入生态文明建设和城市高质量发展时代，人民群众对美好生活和高品质人居环境的向往日益增长。2019年国土空间规划体系开始正式建立，成为统筹经济、社会、文化和自然等多种资源的规划管控工具。而要真正实现“多规合一”，必须建立不同学科之间有效协同合作的平台与机制，促进多方参与和共同创新，提高土地和空间利用效率，实现人与自然和谐的精明式增长。

在此背景下，风景园林需要对接国土空间规划体系的要求并积极纳入[1]。风景园林学科对自然要素及其系统的关注、认知、组织、操作、管理等，涵盖从个体泛在到总体格局的连续尺度，有利于实现城乡统筹发展、生态环境永续和资源利用最大化。风景园林规划和设计具有系统性、多尺度、长期性和动态性等特点，在人体尺度上倡导建立人与场地的情感关联，激发人与环境的交互影响。……
