摘  要：粉状乳化炸药属于煤矿使用炸药，性能优良，集中了铵梯炸药和乳化炸药的优势，又规避了两种炸药应用中的不足。粉状乳化炸药是我国工业炸药领域重要的组成部分，不过在粉状乳化炸药生产过程中，存在着装药药卷密度大小不一情况，直接影响着药卷成品率。所以该文主要结合粉状乳化炸药的介绍，探讨粉状乳化炸药药卷成品率的影响因素，为相关生产工作提供一定参考。

Analysis of Influencing Factors on Yield of Powder Emulsion Explosive

Abstract： Powdered Emulsion Explosive belongs to the explosive used in coal mine， with excellent performance. It not only concentrates the advantages of ammonium TNT explosive and emulsion explosive， but also avoids the shortcomings in the application of the two explosives. Powdered emulsion explosive is an important part of China's industrial explosive field. However， in the production process of powdered emulsion explosive， there are different cartridge densities， which directly affects the yield of cartridge. Therefore， combined with the introduction of Powdered Emulsion Explosive， this paper discusses the factors affecting the yield of powdered emulsion explosive， so as to provide some reference for related production work.

粉狀乳化炸药的应用，有效的推进着煤矿生产领域发展，不过在粉状乳化炸药生产期间，原材料、生产工艺参数以及装药设备等因素会在一定程度上对药卷成品率产生影响。所以，在粉状乳化炸药生产过程中，需要相关生产单位及技术人员充分掌握粉状乳化炸药生产工艺，明确影响要卷成品率的相关因素，在生产过程中合理选用原材料，优化确定生产工艺条件，并使用性能优良、自动化程度高的装药设备，在此基础上不断提升粉状乳化炸药药卷成品率。

1  粉状乳化炸药的介绍

粉状乳化炸药属于新型硝酸铵炸药，同时具备铵梯炸药和乳化炸药双方优点，且解决了氨基炸药吸湿结块性明显、生产安全性不足、毒性大等问题，还规避了胶状乳化炸药因为药态较软存在的爆破不佳和装药困难缺陷，目前在非煤矿山工程爆破领域广泛应用。……
