摘  要：伴随着国家能源集团新朔铁路的重组整合，新朔铁路的发展也成为了国能集团及社会各界关注的焦点，该文从铁路经营物流化运作模式阐述了新朔铁路物流化经营现阶段面临的形势，指出铁路货运向现代物流业拓展的必要性和迫切性，进而分析铁路物流运输向现代物流转变的优势，提出了新朔铁路物流业未来发展趋势，建议在对其物流管理机制进行整合的过程中，新朔铁路要结合实际情况开展综合性管理，顺应现代物流發展的要求，提升整体管理效果。

Research on Current Situation and Development of Logistics Management of Xinshuo Railway

Abstract： With the reorganization and integration of Xinshuo Railway， China Energy， the development of the Xinshuo Railway has become the focus of the China Energy Investment and all sectors of the society. This paper expounds the current situation of Xinshuo Railway logistics operation from the logistics operation mode of railway operation， and points out the necessity and urgency of expanding railway freight transportation to modern logistics industry. Then it analyzes the advantages of the transformation of railway logistics transportation to modern logistics， puts forward the future development trend of Xinshuo Railway logistics industry， and suggests that in the process of integrating its logistics management mechanism， Xinshuo Railway should carry out comprehensive management in combination with the actual situation， comply with the requirements of modern logistics development and improve the overall management effect.

1  铁路货运物流化经营理念

铁路货运物流化被人们称之为货物运输企业在经营方式发展上的高级阶段，目标是推动现代物流的全面发展与进步，积极做好物流全过程服务工作的发展与建设，力求将铁路运输企业建设成长为具有现代化特征的物流企业，实现传统铁路货运到现代物流方向的突破与转型。
